If you have a good case , go to jury trial , these magistrates corrupt as hell , i had a short fat indian magistrate , obviously not too bright or honest , he decided because i lived on my own (?) my evidence wasnt viable, despite being pretty good . And no evidence the other way Covering up unprovoked police violence against english men .Basically a conviction factory ,

incredibly rude telephone staff, passed off to different department each person says they cant deal with t=it, gives you another telephone number with incredibly long wait times, then advisors speak to you as if its not their job and youve interrupted their dinner or something. shockingly poor telephone manners and overall service.

Criminal organisation with no lawful authority (administrative). Committing trust fraud and extortion upon people without knowledge of the law. A crime is a crime even if someone should not challenge it. Deductions are illegal not just unlawful.

4 stars only because it took very long for the claim to go through. Otherwise lovely firm and kept in touch regularly and got me a good amount on my claim. Friendly and professional staff.

This firm the worst firm ever. I put my family in a high risk because of them. They just make you wait for weeks and then you find out they haven’t done anything on your case. I would never recommend them to anyone because no one deserves to be treated the way they treated me. I had a housing case which was a very urgent case with them and I regret the day I made them work on my case. If you already have a case with them, make sure they give you evidence of their work and they have done so far.. and don’t be surprised if you find out that they haven’t done anything.

I think this court and there call center need to be closed down and sorted out with new staff as you can not get any answers or make a complaint when you phone them

I think it was atrocious. I got there at 9:40 as they told to come in before 10 but when i turned up they didn’t give me a time and told me to sit down. It got to around 12:15 and there was only 4 people. Instead of just getting everyone through and done they wanted a lunch break. Now its half past to and I’ve been in here for 4 and half hours yet they still refuse to tell me when ill be next. I think this is poor especially when Ive traveled to hull early in the morning. Now i have missed work because of this.Personally the staff don’t seem to care. All they did was speak to each other the whole time as i kept hearing them laughing and when someone asked about anything they would be extremely rude.
