Martial arts school

Started coming here a year ago just for fitness and toning... started just doing the MMA fit in the morning.. a year on I enjoy boxing, kickboxing and very recently BJJ.. everyone is so friendly and helpful and I have made some friends for life.. also my son started bjj and MMA and in a short space of time had already received 2 stripes. Excellent place and would highly recommend to anyone

They are family run yet still give discounts and share so generously despite lockdown impact. I am so impressed with them I hope my daughter continues her training as long as possible as they deserve all the recognition they can get. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The closest you can get to studying Gracie Jiujitsu without travelling to Miami and enrolling in the Valente school. I’m 5 years into my JJ journey and progressing well thanks to the expertise and patience of Christopher and his team. Recommended.

My Little boy has been it doing for a couple of months now and his attention at school has improved. Also the classes are brilliant and fun. My child looks forward to going each Saturday and Sam is really good and interactive with the children.Would highly recommend
