Very good masage therapy and stress management from jose . I got my stress totally releved by art of breathing and various relaxation techniqe . I had Very good experience of hot herbal message. He well experienced have good knowledge in subject and had a Very professional approach.

I started visiting the old shop a while ago for deep muscle massage this is where I was introduced to Cupping, I found the Cupping service very affective it relieved the pains after 3 treatments. The whole service & experience was very professional . (These people know what they are doing and I 100% trust there advice).I have also recently had the pleasure of visiting the new shop this place looks fantastic if you think the photos look good wait until you visit. Wow . I first had another amazing deep muscle massage. I then returned for another and this time I also experienced the Sauna and Scrubbing leaving me feeling super cleansed and revived. The staff are very accommodating and very good at what they do the moment you arrive you will start to relax and unwind they are so good I'd even go as far as saying there must be some kind of witchcraft happening here . They definitely have me under some kind of spell. I'll be returning for many more treatments in the future. I can not praise this place enough.Thank you and well done to the lady's here. You have truly made this place in to something special.

Not organised booking service, rude not professional staff.Last booking for using my gift card when I come MY PROCEDURE WASNT DONE.When I come they told me that they cancle my booking, when I start complening about it. Because how they cancle my booking without letting me know.Then they tell me that actually my booking was 1.5h early and it's my mistake that I came late.When I asked to do the same procedure in another day, staff tell me - No or I need to pay again.When I come back in the same day to cancel my future booking they tell me that one of they staff member just finished last client and can stay to do my procedure after work (it's was at 1pm and they are working untill 4.30pm) but inbegining they for somereaso couldn't found the time for me just in 2 weeks.Some staff really take care of customers and doing job with all heart(really like - looks like Spanish Isabelle she is doing massage so good and another) but some just lie to cover mistakes.No more again.Waste of my time.

I had the pleasure of getting my facial and body massage treatment from Samina yesterday. After a very stressful week personally and professionally, I really wanted to relax and unwind. Samina’s treatments ticked all the boxes and more. I almost fell asleep twice during treatment. Samina is professional and knowledgeable about different treatments. She has a calm approach and kept my comfort and ease at the forefront of her treatment. My skin is feeling refreshed and body relaxed after the treatments. Highly recommended!

Me and my partner have been twice now for a couple massage and we we're very impressed,they were very professional and accommodating and we came out feeling very refreshed and less tense a very good massage will be happy to go again in the future,thank you

Appalling customer service and exceptionally rude manager/owner.I have been going to this salon for a few years to have waxing done but today I phoned and booked in for a pedicure.A pedicure to me involves a foot soak, massage etc followed by nails.A girl called Sophie started doing the pedicure and I asked her why aren't you soaking my feet etc? She said 'its a dry pedicure'. We don't soak feet with our gel system as the feet have to be dry!!!Never in my life have I had a dry pedicure and paid £30 for the privilege of just having gel on my nails.I told the manager/owner that this should have been explained to me, but she was exceptionally rude and had a terrible attitude. She clearly doesn't care about her customers and did nothing to alleviate the situation. She just shrugged her shoulders, no apology or anything. She just kept saying 'well this is what we do here'. I said i am not paying for a service that I didn't receive.I work in customer services and believe customer satisfaction is first and foremost.Needless to say I won't be returning. The salon is also shabby and not particularly clean.

First visit to this parlour 29/07/2023. Good website and parlour easy to find. Booked 1 hour Nuru massage for 2pm with Coco. Arrived on time to clean, tidy and welcoming reception, paid cash fee and promptly shown to room. Again, very clean, tidy and well furnished.Coco is a very attractive young Thai lady, excellent hands and very skilled at what she does, with a great personable attitude. The massage was excellent and I left feeling very happy!Happy to visit again.
