Massage therapist

To say that I feel that I have been robbed is an understatement, and using my size as an excuse to charge more is very rude and unprofessional. Was initially quoted £90 but had to pay £40 deposit which I accepted. During the waxing I must admit I was treated well considering the nature of the waxing, but was told it may be a good idea to have bit of hair on my abdomen waxed, and a bit of extra hair in my intimate area waxed, which I was advised would cost a little bit more. Judging by the prices on her price list I was OK with this (although thought the Hollywood should deal with front and back). When it came to paying I was told we would have to pay an extra £120 on top of the £40 deposit I paid. I didn't say anything at the time as didn't want to create a scene in front of my dad and husband and was in a state of shock. My husband has since questioned the costs as down south for what I had done the prices are a lot cheaper (regardless of a person's size _ I am an 18),. My husband was told that we had agreed to extra works prior, and also she said that because I was a bigger lady it was more difficult to get in to areas and was a big job. I did agree prior to the extra work (which was not a lot) not realising the charge would be an extra £120 more for literally a couple of extra wax strips, and using my size as an excuse to charge more is very crafty/snakey.I followed all the instructions that she gave to make her job easier, so my size should not have come in to it. To add insult to injury I still have quite a few hairs that were missed. The price guide on her website is also out of date so I will be seeking advise as I'm sure she has not complied with trading standards regulations.I'm so upset, I feel like I have not got my monies worth, and I have been robbed and insulted. I will make sure that all I know in Stoke On Trent know about this place.

My partner purchased me a massage at Envy for a christmas gift. I had not been to Envy before and I can often feel a little nervous about going to new salons for treatments, however, the service I received from start to finish was first class. For a salon in town, there is lots of parking locally. When I arrived at the salon I was made to feel very welcome. The massage was very relaxing and took place in a lovely, relaxing setting. I will be sure to return soon and highly recommend Envy! Thank you

Exquisite. This was more nurturing than any other massage experience in London. Your treatment is tailored to your exact needs in that moment. The room is astonishingly beautiful, the oils smell fabulous and the team are so welcoming and kind. I received a treatment with the highly gifted Sam. We shared wonderful chats on finding calm in the everyday and after my treatment I had the most restorative night of sleep that was entirely due to my massage. I will return soon to cocoon and replenish.

Lovely little place that I didn't even know existed until recently. Had the most amazing back massage. Thoroughly recommend and definitely coming back.

Kath is definitely dedicated, she draws you in and relax’s you, with her quiet gentle tone and abundance of knowledge and belief in what she practices. I have polyneuropathy, I was open minded as to how I would find the experience, but I definitely felt relaxed and experienced benefits from the sessions I’ve had and will continue to see Kath .

I've recently had two pregnancy massages with Lynda. They have been absolutely wonderful and I have left feeling fantastic. I have had problems with swelling and Lynda focused on any problem areas to help reduce this.The setting is beautiful and calm, Lynda is extremely friendly and professional. I absolutely recommend her 100% and will be returning as soon as I can.
