Maternity Shop

Rude. Went in with little one to get some wellington boots made my selection and went to pay however both members of staff were not at the till so I waited and got my card out ready only for one lady to come back but completely ignore my existence and serve another lady fair enough she was helping her choose a coat but then second lady comes along and just starts serving the person behind me both of them ignored me if they had said hello I'll be with you shortly fine but no nothing so I left will not be going back it seems they are more interested in serving in the order of how much your purchase is going to cost over priced stuff anyway have found nicer and better priced on Amazon and in charity shops.

Brilliant service, friendly staff (Who seem genuinely interested in your baby!)and an excellent price. We've been twice and may go back for a 3rd :D

Can’t believe how poor it was! I’d come especially to try on a few dresses for a wedding. Very low stock, unfriendly shop assistant who sat on her phone the entire time we were there and the store itself is very scruffy. I’d expected a nice boutique showing off some of the lovely clothes I’d seen online but it was so disappointing.

Travelled an hour to view their selection of prams and was very excited about looking for our babies first Pram, but I found it to be very limited and an unpleasant experience, as on website it says they have items in the show room and on arrival they were nowhere to be seen, for example the Venicci.The staff had little to no knowledge of the prams and although they weren't hugely busy, they were not forthcoming in helping us. Left feeling very disappointed.Took the 3 min drive over to mothercare and it was ten times better, more choice and knowledgable staff who were happy to help.

Did baby massage and yoga and went to a few other groups, very welcoming and all of the staff are lovely and genuinely care about you, my little one really enjoyed the classes we have been to so far , a great range of things to do with the little ones and a great place to meet other mummies

Came in this morning for my pram. Girls were so welcoming and helped me with everything all my questions answered. 5star service

Bonjour les coussins de cette marque sont juste parfaits ! Ils sont bien rembourrés et ne sont pas avec des billes en polystyrène qui vont s'écraser avec le temps ! Ils sont vraiment moelleux pour être un vrai support permettant de se caler pour bien dormir, je recommande les yeux fermés !

My first visit to the store and can't believe how helpful and friendly the staff were. I was looking for nursing tops as all other big name stores have such a limited range. There nursing tops are both a wonderful feel and fit. A lovely experience and I'll defiantly shop there again
