I met Robert when I asked for his help to try improve my mothers hearing. My mother suffers from dementia so this was not an easy task. Robert tackled this request with enthusiasm, professionalism and treated my mother with the upmost care and respect during this process. I second that Robert is interested in getting only the best outcome he can for the client. Sadly following a trial of equipment, it was decided that she would not benefit. Even so, Robert still took the time to clean, advise and improve the aid already in place. He is a real gentleman and offers true unbiased advise and a genuine no obligation opinion. I would highly recommend him.

I have coached for over 30 years, and witnessed continued issues with head injury and brain trauma. Company calls random after visits to A & E they have no permission to have or hold onto my data. Very shady when you speak to them about who they are and how they get your data. They are refusing to dealing with my enquiry. A claim for distress for breach of DPA 2018 will submitted along with an application for an order that my data is removed!!!!!

Used their services at the Sheraton Heathrow in London. I had a reservation but arrived early. They were sweet, professional and nice. Extremely pleasant, conducted test while explaining what they were going to. Excellent service with excellent technicians.

Can't fault my doctor(Dr Green) when I can actually get an appointment, I find the receptionists to be rude and sound like they don't want to actually be there. Ring for an appointment to be told there are none and to ring the following day to be to same, ring tomorrow. Finally get an appointment for 5 days time, book the day off work due to where I work only to receive a call the day before that it's been cancelled.
