Can't recommend Nuffield Health Highgate Hospital enough.I was referred for an ultrasound scan and I was very impressed by the service provided.The appointment was perfectly on time and the staff was super helpful. Both nurse and doctor made me feel very comfortable and the doctor explained to me everything he was doing while performing the visit.Great work!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent visit to your clinic and Dr Saso. My experience was marked by several critical issues that reflect poorly on your practice.First and foremost, upon arriving at the clinic, Doctor was informed by the phone that I came. The appointment was delayed by a significant 30 minutes ( started at 16.10) because it seemed that you were unaware of my scheduled visit but doctor was informed about me at 15.20 (my appointment was at 15.40). This administrative error raises questions about the efficiency and organization of your clinic.Furthermore, the lack of information about my medical history was alarming. Your assistant, Lauren, had supposedly booked my appointment via email, yet none of my medical data seemed to have reached you. As a result, you had no knowledge of my case, making the appointment feel disorganized and unprofessional.During my consultation with dr Saso, I sought your expertise for guidance on my medical condition. However, I was deeply troubled by your insistence on recommending an ultrasound without confirming its coverage with my insurance. Your push to proceed with the ultrasound, coupled with incorrect information about insurance procedures, was both unsettling and unprofessional.What was particularly disheartening was your approach in explaining the potential treatment options. Dr. Saso described the full surgical procedure in a highly insensitive and ironic tone. It is unacceptable for a medical professional to discuss a serious operation in such a disrespectful manner. To make matters worse, you completely disregarded the laparoscopic option (offered full cut 10 cm), which is a widely accepted and less invasive alternative.Additionally, Dr. Saso advised me to undergo extra blood tests (I already have all results no need any tests) and tube checks during the surgery, all while erroneously claiming that my insurance would not cover these essential aspects. This misinformation added unnecessary stress and financial burden to an already challenging situation.To compound my disappointment, Dr. Saso assistant Lauren's communication was sluggish, taking four days (and still waiting) to provide me with a letter from you. This delay further eroded my confidence in your clinic's professionalism and efficiency.In light of these distressing experiences, I regret to say that I cannot, in good conscience, recommend dr. Saso and his assistant, Lauren, to anyone seeking medical care. This visit has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I will be seeking a second opinion elsewhere.

Very satisfactory experimce. All staff were courteous and helpful. The procedure was straightforward and I was given the results straight away. My appointment took place immediately on arrival although I was nearly an hour early.

From the lovely welcome of the receptionist to the detailed scan I had of my upper jaw, I have no complaints.

Overpriced and over rated. They have charged me 5 times more for a flea and tick treatment that I could buy on the Internet. The vet did not care about my pet behaviour and dismissed all my concerns. I would not recommend them at all.

First impression of Motherwell Physio is the warm and friendly welcome. The people are lovely. I went because of severe pain in my arm which had been going on for 3 weeks. Painkillers prescribed by A&E were not even touching the sides of it. Within 5 mins of describing my symptoms to the physio, Shane diagnosed a nerve compression in my neck-that's why painkillers for my arm were no use. My treatment involved manual therapy to alleviate the pain and I was advised to request the relevant medication for nerve pain from my GP. From that very first treatment, my pain level started to reduce. I was also advised on which exercises to do between appointments as an adjunct to treatments.A mere 7 subsequent physio sessions, in conjunction with nerve meds, mean that my pain is now gone and I was today discharged from physio. Contacting Motherwell Physio was the most fortunate decision I could have taken. The range of knowledge of the practitioners is reassuring and I always felt I was in safe hands. I dread to think how long I would have continued to suffer had I not availed myself of their expertise. Shane and Co., I cannot thank you enough and will recommend your clinic to anyone I meet who could benefit from your services. Cheers, Janet

Traumatising experience with “Tremendous”. Think he needs to change his name because he’s the complete opposite of this!!!!!!!!I booked an early reassurance scan, emphasis on the “REASSURANCE”. I explained when booking that I had two previous miscarriages and that I was really worried. I also noted on there that I was allergic to latex.On arrival, I was shocked to find that it was a man doing my sonogram as its only ever been women in the past. His English wasn’t great so I kept having to ask him to repeat himself. First of all he had a go at me for sitting in the bed wrong. He was cold. No emotion at all.When putting the gel on my stomach, there was hardly any coming out. Instead of getting a new bottle he decided to shake it and hit it as if it was a bloody ketchup bottle, gel going everywhere! Did the external scan and told me there was no heart beat. I broke down in tears. No tissue was offered to me, or any words AT ALL.Then he went on to say, you need an internal scan, I said I was uncomfortable with that, but he made out he wouldn’t know for sure unless he did an internal. Obviously I wanted to know for certain so I agreed. I was given the smallest bit of blue paper to cover myself, my sister had to put a coat around my bum so it wasn’t on show. I felt very exposed and uncomfortable. He obviously didn’t read the notes because he didn’t use a latex free condom (as I later realised I was sore then got an infection)!!Even though I was already in tears, he said “Your baby is DISINTEGRATING”. Yes. Exactly what I want to hear, thank you for that.Said baby died at around 7 weeks so you’ve had a missed miscarriage.Completely traumatised, there was no sorry….no tissue. Just I’ll let you get dressed then we will speak to you.They took us into what looked like a cleaning room/lunch room and was left waiting for what seemed forever.Then they gave me a few documents and that’s it. Said they’d tell the hospital to book me in.Went to Worcester Royal Hospital and I can’t explain how amazing all of the staff were. Made me feel at ease, comfortable, gave me privacy and blankets to cover myself. Even they were shocked at this experience I had here. Said to put in a complaint.This was in June, and I’m only just writing this now as I was so distraught I couldn’t bring myself to do it. I’m sorry but even the young lady working alongside him was cold. I can’t imagine half of these 5* reviews are real because of this horrible experience.I recently found out I was pregnant, and I was looking into early scans, this came up and I was like….ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! So had to come on here and write a TRUE review to hopefully help other women that want a reassurance scan!!

Lovely staff, sonographer and chaperone made me feel at ease and I was seen quickly. Helped to reassure me when I was anxious after previous pregnancy losses. Very professional and explained the scanning process and what they were doing probably more than previous clinics I had been to in the past. Would definitely use again if I needed to. Thank you!
