Purchased a home testing kit for assessing the strength of my immune system. Delivery of the kit was prompt. I followed the process in accordance with instructions and returned the completed test as instructed. I received very prompt notification that my kit had been received, and was being analysed. A short time later, I received a further e-mail to inform me that my sample could not be analysed, and that a replacement test kit was on its way. That arrived very promptly, and I repeated the testing process. The sequence of events was as before, with the result that, again, my test could not be analysed. Despite the very prompt transmission of information, ultimately my attempts to obtain a result were unsuccessful. Hence the poor rating. I have requested a refund of my fee as per the company’s policy.It should be said that I found the blood collection process rather awkward, as a consequence of the requirement to collect the sample in a tiny plastic tube which proved difficult to manoeuvre. I imagine the entire procedure could be simplified by a rethinking of the container which is supplied.

Decided to go private as condition I have is quite debilitating and nhs wait times are long. after my initial consultation and ct scan I was told I would have to wait over a month before my next appointment to go over the results of the scan. That is frankly a pathetically long and embarrassing wait time for a private service and I feel personally mislead to think that I would be seen in a quicker fashion. Poor service.

My wife and I have recently undergone treatment with BFC, specifically under the care of Mrs Uma Gordon and Dr Serena, as well as head nurse Patricia, for reciprocal IVF.We have gone through the whole process from start to finish with this clinic and they have been extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive throughout.When I initially contacted the clinic for information regarding treatment, they rang me and dedicated half an hour at least to discussing the options available to us in detail. This was before we had even commited to anything.From the very first contact we had with the staff at BFC it was evident that they are extremely experienced and knowledgeable.Every step of the way we were provided with an abundance of information and reassured, with any queries and questions answered promptly. We were provided with online resources, email clarifications and confirmations at every step, as well as zoom and face to face appointments when certain stages were complicated in order to ensure that everybody was fully informed and on the same page. Fertility treatment can be extraordinarily complex at times and they took great care to ensure we were always happy and had any questions answered and explained.We had mobile phone and email contact directly with the staff throughout each stage of our care and were able to ask any questions directly, and receive responses in a very timely fashion (mostly immediately).Anybody who has experience with fertility treatment will know just how important this is, as timing can be critical and recieving swift replies crucial to the success of your treatment.On a more personal note, we have felt like all of the staff genuinely cared about our case and that has made this journey particularly special and fulfilling for us.We live a couple of hours away from the clinic and they were very helpful in grouping our appointments together to save on trips and time, as well as being mindful of the extra costs incurred if this was not done.Overall, we have felt extremely well treated by everyone and found our experience to be very personal, and very professional.I am currently pregnant now with our first child and have enjoyed very good results with each stage of our treatments. These included egg retrieval, blastocyst implantation, as well as all of the medication we both needed.Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the care we have received and would HIGHLY recommend Bristol Fertility Clinic to anybody looking for fertility care.

DO NOT USE.This fraud company is claiming to have sent me my test results, but they did NOT. We missed our flight because of this company and they’re refusing to issue a refund because their data base says it haa. I have checked my emails including all folders and the test was not sent the next day at all. They take your money and send out horrible customer service advisors to lie to you. I’m still emailing them back and forth for a refund even though it’s been two weeks. Disgusting.

Fit to Fly PCR test done today at 12.15pm at the clinic. I received my result at 16.20pm (negative phew!).That is a 4-hour turnover which is extremely fast. Maybe it was a slow day at the lab and I was lucky, but still, it is super efficient.Staff very friendly and professional. All safety rules are respected.Prices better than in most clinics (£75)Thank you so much to the Haymarket Pyser Team, you are the best!

Came here for surgery in the arm that required general anesthesia, before arriving I was incredibly paranoid. However, the staff are fantastic and the whole process was great. Completely removed my fear of going under general anesthetic and honestly look forward to doing it again.

Absolutely shocking. I ordered a covid antibody kit which was missing parts when it arrived. I emailed to inform them and they replied asking if I wanted a refund or the missing part. Since I am booked for the vaccine now I requested a refund. Well that was 2 weeks ago and no one has responded to my countless emails, instead I get an automated reply saying they are busy and will get back to me in 24- 48 hours time which they haven’t and the telephone number is redundant. Not sure if I will ever see my money again at this stage.Very quick to take your money, not too busy for that but returning it is a different story.
