Torridon Estate
We stayed recently, our room was very big, we only really used it to sleep as the surrounding area is so beautiful. Incredible house and gardens, imagine it's a massive labour of love. We enjoyed our stay and breakfast was good.

Yoga Nature Warriors
It has been a truly wonderful experience to be taught by Pauline. She is an experienced and extremely competent teacher and a gentle and thoughtful philosopher. I would always be guided by her with regard to my yoga. Her workshops are varied and fun. I thoroughly recommend.

Delve Deep Meditation Brighton
This course has enabled me to meditate without external guidance and is taking me deeper into relaxation. I am just starting to feel a bit happier in myself and my inner confidence is beginning to grow. Jimmy conducts the course in a friendly, relaxed and positive manner that helps to build confidence. No 'Wow' claims just simple assertion of historical facts and the benefits that can be gained though discipline (nothing for nothing). Would recommend to anyone withing to delve deeper with their meditation. Simple but effective through repetition. Thank you Jimmy

The Now Project
I have just read another review from the same weekend retreat that I did and my experience was very, very different… Intense indeed – I sobbed twice – for which I was and am deeply - deeply grateful. I have long been aware that I have been unable to cry, even though I wanted to - instead was wrapped in armour. I didn’t mind being upset - I was glad - both because I wanted and needed that release and because we had been warned it might happen, reassured it was ok, that we were ok and even why they wouldn’t ‘comfort us’ in the traditional way; although in fact Steve was going round the room really caring for us all and holding - emotionally - those who were upset. I felt that - I was one of them. During the most intense Emotional Clearing Meditation on Sunday both Ade & Steve touched base with me to check if I was ok, or if I wanted to slow down, as it was so intense for me.I found both Gong Baths very powerful too - I had only done one thing mildly like this 10 years ago.The first night felt less comfortable but still absorbing; mostly I thought because we were new to the weekend. By the 2nd evening having got to know everyone else more and done more Mindfulness I felt really free to be totally immersed. I was very awake and aware all through and it was the start for me of (trauma release) arm jerks, which I had already experienced for 5 years, becoming free flowing arm movements – a fantastic, beautiful and I’m sure healing experience.I thought all the folk leading this course were so well placed to; they are honest about the deep pain and trauma they have gone through and in healing themselves, who better to help others with their open hearts? I thought all of them were so generous towards us whether it be delicious food, full on workouts by them in the Gong Baths or sharing individual feedback and suggestions to look beyond the course. As the mother to adopted sons with complex/developmental trauma – I have read nearly all there is to read on this. I have both witnessed & experienced deeply, trauma trapped in the body. I have painfully witnessed the addictions and self-medication. I realise I have childhood trauma too and I was so grateful to release some of that – as I have tried in so many other ways, but never accessed such deep cleansing. I know and feel I have more work to do, but count myself lucky to have fallen into this particular retreat with Ade, Steve, Simon & Chris, who made me feel safe, emotional (yay! at last!) and ultimately more hopeful, creative and buzzing.

Invisible Caims -Shamanism, Numerology, Yoga, Coaching
Giada has been extremely kind, well- informed and helpful in my dealings with Invisible Caims. I received extensive advice which was authentic and detailed. I am enchanted with the accuracy of the information and would not hesitate to recommend Invisible Caims to others. My experience with Giada has enriched my spiritual awareness and offered me a great deal of knowledge to advance self- development. 10/10. Thank you ! :)

Transcendental Meditation - The Meditation trust- Shoreditch, London
The meditation trust runs a really easy 3 day course, with a very intimate" and homely feel. Great quiet area off Brick lane and the course is structured for you to really realise how easy TM is! I honestly didn't think I was meditating but felt the effects in my daily life pretty instantly (after 3-4 rounds of TM in group!). I highly recommend the course and it is much more affordable than the TM institute. Besides the founder here was taught by Maharishi himself so it is clearly well taught. The only drawback is there is only 1 toilet for a group of 15

Yoga With Sunil Hertford
I have been doing yoga for a long time and tried many different styles, places and teachers. Yoga with Sunil in Hertford is one of the best. The classes suit all levels, and he cleverly makes sure that the classes are well balanced, with enough challenging elements as well as relaxation. Each time the class is a bit different, concentrating on different parts of body, or overall purpose, but always balanced. Sunil creates a non-judgmental environment where everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace and ability. The classes are very reasonably priced and booking is via WhatsApp group, which gives everyone flexibility of booking the class the day before. I absolutely love his classes, and now his Thursday class has moved to Pinehurst Community Centre, I’ll be able to attend more!!

Cassiobury Court - Drug & Alcohol Rehab London
I’ve benefitted hugely from my treatment at Cassiobury Court. In fact I’ve had the best month of the last 2 years. The staff here are the best of the best and I will always recommend this amazing place to anyone I know who requires treatment for any known addiction. Rafa the Manager, Martin, Steve, Seth, Gerard, Oli, Jane, Alison, Rebecca, Paul & George are superb as well as Alan, Paula, Helen and Steve with the unrivalled catering. Cassiobury Court is also excellent value for money compared to other far more expensive but inferior Treatment Clinics.I’m very much looking forward to returning to Chair group meetings in the future. Many thanks to everyone. You’ll always remain affectionately in my heart.Rob.

Mindful Surrey UK Mindfulness
During out first lockdown in Australia early last year, the stress caused my BP to rise dramatically, and I wanted a solution other than more BP meds.I heard of Catherine through a friend and signed up for the 8 week Mindfulness course. Catherine was very obliging accommodating for the time difference between the UK and East Coast of Australia.I'm very pleased to say that within a few weeks of starting the course I was able to drop back to my precovid levels of BP meds and I knew I was managing the stress way better. When we went into our second 3 and half month lockdown with her teachings and weekly drop ins my stress levels were manageable.I can highly recommend the drop in and the course.
