Shockingly bad. Place is extremely poorly signposted. Staff don't seem to understand basic levels of humanity, compassion or respect for the vulnerable folk that end up there. After having a great experience in a different city I'm left feeling like I'm doomed to non existent help courtesy of the post code lottery.

not happy with them .they help me with things that am not good at ..but they stop as they say government cutting back on people that can't pay bill .I still need help now I have no one to help me Any more .as they say .people don't pay there bills come be for us.and am disabled .

Thanks. You have really helped my fiance with his recovery. He needed this kind of help. The care home was making him worse. Glad your staff aren't judgemental. I have 100% faith in him. He is doing well. Thanks again. All I will say is, anyone who ever doubted my fiance could recover can now eat their words, because they were just very negative critical people who me and my fiance have no time for :)

I attended a training session with direction and found it very informative and well run. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend direction.
