Minibus taxi service

I unfortunately had to take a BCC coach that had been set up as a train replacement, and I regret to say it was one of the worst trips I've ever taken. The driver was rude, unprofessional and failed to accomplish the basic action of closing the luggage hold, which resulted in multiple suitcases falling out of the coach on the A505.If it ever happens again, you can't expect any compensation for your destroyed possessions due to the act of negligence, as the customer service team does not seem inclined to provide the Conditions of Carriage of the company.All in all I am highly disappointed and hope no one else will have to go through what I did.

Having used Roy's Travels on a number of occasions they are a fantastic family run company that I would definitely recommend.I have always found them to provide a very professional service, always quick and friendly when answering any queries, all whilst providing competitive prices.I would have no hesitation in using their services again in the near future!

Excellent service all round! Booked this company when let down by SMC travel a week before was due to go to Edinburgh! Robert was excellent, friendly and very reasonably priced! Nothing was too much to ask and both him and Andy kept in contact all weekend picking us up from wherever we wanted at the end of our nights out! Cannot recommend enough! I booked a journey from Oxford to Luton Airport with a return journey a few days later. The service throughout was great! For the departing journey, our driver arrived exactly on time, helped load suitcases into the boot and drove me comfortably to the airport with time to spare.For return journeys, their online booking form will request both your arrival time and flight number to ensure that the driver arrives to the airport on time. Alongside this, the driver will text you throughout to ensure you can both meet at the correct time. I found this incredibly reassuring, as return flights can be exhausting!You can either pay by PayPal at the time of booking, or you can pay by cash or card at the time of the journey.Similar to the departing journey, the driver was friendly, the car was clean and the driving felt safe. I appreciate the service offered and can definitely recommend Oxford Carriage Company.

Absolute nightmare. Rarely on time, and the attitude of the people who answer the phones is disgusting. No customer service skills at all. I have them for my Son's school run. First driver an alcholic who plagues me with texts when drunk. This new driver is a really nice guy but my issue is whenever they are late their attitudes are just like oh well we do our best . Today was the worst taxi didnt turn up so I took my children to school. No phone call saying they were going to be late. Drove all the way to urmston to drop my son off at his school then gets phone call back from fab travel, check this out saying the taxi was at your house at 8.53 knocked and knocked and got no answer waited ten minutes which made the other child they pick up late. NO if they taxi was at my house or anywhere in Eccles at 8.53 then its the taxi driver that has made the children late no one else because anyone with half a brain cell would know that school starts at 8.50. Cant believe the attitude more than anything. No apoligy nothing. They just dont care. Then she had the cheek to say oh well its the last day before they break up anyway. Like that makes it ok.Update* first driver in prison for drug smuggling, now two incompotent idiots who are always late. They still have the ' we don't care attitude '. They can't handle complaints and have no customer service skills.Plenty of other good taxi firms around. Use them.

I sort of stumbled across Hiten and A2B Leicester Taxi's about 6 months ago, but I am really glad I did and now will only book my airport trips with them. Always respond to calls / emails, always on time both for pick up and more importantly for me waiting at the airport on my return irrespective of time. It's great to find a business being run on a culture of excellent customer service.

I was travelling to Oxfordshire for the first time, and my contact told me about his inability to arrange for transportation (at the last second) from the airport at Banbury. Airport Taxis have given me trouble before, and I was quite unsure of how the travel could be arranged, till I found Admiral Cabs services online.Since that incident, I've traveled the same route over a dozen times, and (after landing in Banbury) Airport Taxis from Admiral Cabs have ensured smooth travel every time - without any complaints so far!

Very friendly and professional staff, car was very clean and I enjoyed the ride. The driver gave me a complimentary water bottle which I was very impressed with. Will definitely use again, thank you once again Tigo Taxi! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
