Momo restaurant

This is an amazing take away. There are also few tables you can use to eat in. I recommend momo and noodles, very good in all the flavours. The waiter was funny and the restaurant clean. The food quality was high but… spicy!!! By far the best Nepalese food I’ve ever eaten

For those looking to explore Nepalese food, this is a great restaurant to start. For me personally, the restaurant being Non-Halal was brilliant as it is hard to find such restaurants in Reading. Fantastic food, enticing aromas fill the restaurant. So much so, I forgot to take pictures and dove straight in! The location is not that great but it doesn't impact the atmosphere inside.The prices are high for its location, but the flavour of the food is worth it. I would say they are charging prices of Central Reading, and I would have had no issues with that if the setting was better.

I love these momos so much. One of my favourite places to order from. Very good prices and the flavour is absolutely amazing. Craving it all the time. I think the chocolate momos are really understated and need more attention. Very nice vegetarian options. The flavour just melts in my mouth. They give nice portions of food and give free mango sweets!

A place I'd love to visit again someday! I've been here twice, while staying at a friend's place in Caversham. Everything was great, the food was carefully cooked and very flavourful, and the owner is very friendly and always up for suggestions and recommendations. It was the first time I ever tried the panipuri and I absolutely loved it! If you ever find yourself around Reading, I'd more than recommend to dine here!

We went there for Momos specifically buff and it didn't disappoint us was absolutely delicious with authentic taste and the chutney was cherry on the top .. must try Momos from this place .

This place is amazing! I was randomly passing through on a tour. I’m actually from Brooklyn and found this place using Google maps. It’s literally a Nepalese family cooking dumplings in their house and it is the real deal. 100% deserving of five stars. It was so good that we came back again the same evening for more dumplings. I had the steamed chicken and lamb dumplings and they were off the chain. My friend had the steamed vegetable ones and he loved it.

I have been ordering from this family run business from the COVID times when they started with the home kitchen. The food has always been delicious with a homely touch. Less greasy and proper authentic flavours. They have now started a new restaurant in town and I must say that everything about the food is still the same. Bursting with flavours and absolutely delicious as it has always been. I mostly order home delivery and delivery is always on time. The owners are very friendly and will always make you feel like a regular.Very happy with the food, the pricing and the value.Big thanks to all the team at Gurkha Swindon. Keep up the good work.

Fabulous family run restaurant. Amazing food, great service and welcoming atmosphere. This was out 2nd visit and both times we have been blown away with the delicious food.
