The team at Slaters International are extraordinary people, from Mark, who answered my call on Tuesday afternoon 12th September 2023, to Edward and his team who took over and really heard our pain , sorrow and need of my deceased father to be repatriated with dignity and respect in a short time. Edward was extremely careful at all the details, very good communication and going the extra mile to have my father embalmed and to have all the paperwork legally and with apostille the next day. My father was repatriated last Saturday 16 September to Bucharest, and transported to Timisoara with St. Patrick funeral company, which again promptly informed me and gave me reassurance all the way they transported my father in the refrigerated car. Valy' s Funerary took over from them and prepared with care and dedication all the necessary preparations for the funeral to go smoothly and with dignity and respect for my father. We lost a loved one over a year ago now and the compassion and the way everything was brought to an end concerning details of our loved one was dealt with with such respect and empathy I cannot praise all who work for this establishment.
