Great service from Living at Home in Swansea. Great provider of home care services that was a great help to our family. Would highly recommend if you have a loved one who wants to remain living at home, but just needs a little extra help.

I am one of the covid swabbing team nurses. The team at Nurseplus Derby are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble for them. They do their very best everyday both for the clients and the staff that work for them. If you are looking for an agency to work for then I would highly recommended them and in particular the Derby branch.

Best COVID 19 test service I have ever received. Had lots of struggles with other testing services. But once I came across LinkNurse & their support service with a guy named Ali, all problems were sought out.Test today for example, get the results BACK on the same day within a couple hours.Really happy with the service & I did do it all over again. Great agency to work for, couldn’t fault them. Brilliant rates of pay also.

Laurie is brilliant, so gentle. No after effects from my tinnitus which have flared up when I went somewhere else. Cannot recommend her enough.

If you want to work for the most unprofessional, unreliable agency here it is. They lie through their teeth. If you shift gets cancelled even after you've arrived at the location they'll not pay even though they get paid. They never apologise either. If you provide the timesheet and they miss it guess what youll have to wait a week to get paid. Also they do not provide any training once employed by them. There's no leadership channel to follow. There's no communication between employer and ceo or top manager other than handing out shifts. No thank. No sorry. They send important legally binding information through text. The whole company is run by the most unprofessional, untrustworthy humans you'll ever meet. I left after 1yr. Save yourself the heartache and find another agency. This company was better when it was cordant care since then its run to the ground.
