Occupational therapist

My son LOVED his therapy every week. It was the highlight of his day and loves his therapist to bits. He has developed in so many unexpected ways despite having very clear goals. We were blown away in the changes especially my sons ability to organise his thoughts, think things through, manage situations differently and become more independent. I strongly believe not only did therapy support his health needs but did wonders for his mental health and well-being.His school have also noticed a huge difference in his abilities in the classroom and needs much less support. I am so pleased we decided to go ahead with a full block - this will be life changing for my son.

As part of my Occupational Therapy training, Harriet was both my practice educator at Leonard Cheshire, and gave me the opportunity to experience the group classes run at Huuman. At the movement and balance group in particular, it was amazing to see the week-by-week progress of individual goals, and the friendships formed between everyone. Harriet brings such energy and person-centredness to her work every day, and its such a pleasure to see her breadth of specialist knowledge pay off as people regain their ability to participate in everyday activities again!

Without exception they have combined a specialist level of knowledge with the practical, person centred approach so essential to working with individuals after brain injury.Krysalis therapists have made a positive difference to the rehabilitation and recovery of my clients and for this reason they remain my OT provider of choice.

I am not impressed with the costly report they produced. There were obvious omissions regarding care needs and it appeared to be a vehicle to try & obtain further work for JSP as a case manager even though I had made it clear this was not what I was interested in as was able to undertake this work myself.

I was very happy with the physiotherapy treatments received by Katy for my ankle fracture. I noticed improvements in my walking, balance and flexibility almost immediately. Katy was punctual, friendly and encouraging, and I found the home based service to by extremely convenient. I would definitely recommend this company.

James attended Autisk HAF program during the summer on a voluntary basis and we couldn’t have run so successfully without him. All our staff enjoyed having him as part of our team and the children and young people really enjoyed doing various activities with him.Highly recommend this company
