Snowflakes Dessert Bar Rochdale
If i could give 0 stars i would. Do not order from here. Abysmal service. Ordered a raspberry slush and they sent a strawberry one by mistake, which the person it was for is highly allergic to. When i called the restaurant to complain they called me crazy and lied to us saying it was not strawberry. They were also incredibly rude and unprofessional.

came here a couple of months ago and i’ve literally never had a better iced coffee and im mad i live so far away!! the food was divine and the people are absolutely lovely! definitely recommend and will be back when we can!

Quick Crepes Burnley
The service is going down hill fast and the last 3 times I've been they have got my order wrong. Also they bring my partners food out either 10 mins before mine or 10 mins after so you don't get the food together. Kinda beats the objective of going out for food together. Very poor in my opinion.

Lovely team who led us to an outside seating area. Vegetarian, gluten free and standard menus given out. So much choice from savoury to sweet. The waffles and crepes were excellent as was the sandwiches etc. Afterwards, we went for a walk around the lakes and RSPB centre.

Lovely little cafe in Teddington. Caramel brownie was delicious with all the other cakes on offer also looking stunning. Ordered two Smoothies. The chia one was lovely and refreshing. The peanut butter one was a little more milky and lacked flavour. Despite this will still be returning.

Was really looking forward for yummy crepes. Normally all toppings are inside, crepe well fried and crispy, melted cheese, if you like it. Here toppings on top of crepe, combination of flavours are awful. Sorry not coming back for that.

I ordered online and after well over an hour of waiting I tried contacting them by phone...nothing. I tried by Google chat, nothing. I sent text messages to the mobile number provided and tried calling that. Just rings out and no answer from any avenue I tried.Clearly someone is just ignoring us rather than being shut etc. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with....because there is none. And still no food

Riverview Kitchen
We have attended the restaurant a number of times now, and the food is outstanding. Unfortunately, on our most recent visit, the eatery was very busy, so a large que was outside. This isn't a problem, but unfortunately, we got the table closest to the door, and the door was continually left open, and I and others had to continually close the door as it was freezing (mid November).Every other time we've visited for food, everything has been perfect.
