Very simple to book online and use. Very close to everything you need in Manchester. Only thing is, with ticket already paid, left it in car so wouldn't lose it. Had to ring a buzzer to be let through. Great security measure but it would be a good idea to tell you on the ticket and email. Still 5 stars though.

don’t use this car park, overpriced and impossible to pay, I opted to pay later, tried to pay however the website for payment wouldn’t load due to cookies and JavaScript, tried about 5 different browsers with different settings, contacted support only to be told I better find out out to pay myself or I’d get a fine

Very easy to park using the NCP parking app. You just have to make sure you have chosen the right number for the car park you are parked in which is displayed on their sign. No more fiddling around with loose change at the machine or someone behind you breathing down your neck so you can hurry up and get on with it. Plus the App reminds you when your time is about to run out, you can easily to top up wherever you are.Oh and beware, part of this carpark is for permit holders only so look out for the sign and notices.

I paid in advance and printed and displayed the parking ticket and they still fined me and threatened me with court, saying I hadn't paid. The on line booking system clearly has faults.

Easy place to park your car, it does get busy at the weekend. Nice flat walk along the esplanade and is a mile in each direction and sign posted. Easy to remain socially distance between other users.
