David Dixon ..in reply to your review I am sorry to see that your mum has totally mis understood what I said to her the quote for the repair was for both the ring and the brooch together I also informed her the brooch did indeed have small Diamond chips in it and the repair may cause some to become loose or dislodged when undergoing work and my advice was not to have a repair done I hope this clarifies your misunderstanding

I have never had any issues with this store before until today. I am extremely annoyed. I wanted to renew an item over the phone yesterday but for some reason my card payment wouldn't go through so the gentleman asked if I could come in store today. Unfortunately I couldn't get there so I tried to renew again over the phone and the lady said I would have to pay an additional charge. I was never told I would have to pay a charge yesterday. And to be honest I feel like iv been done over as I wanted to renew it yesterday and it was clearly not my fault. So very annoyed!!!

I had to have my wedding and engagement ring cut of due to a swollen tendon in my finger, took the rings into cuttings to be put back together and add some gold to my wedding ring, arranged everything with a lovely man called Bob, when I collected the rings I was amazed that they did such a great job and the rings looked new, thank you Cuttings for such a great service

All the staff are really friendly and welcoming. The shop is well set out and complies with health and safety guidance, lots of space and well signposted. When I took an item to sell, I was served by Jade, she was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Great shop.

Just a little warning.Be careful when you buy something from this store, make sure they are original brand and not replicas.I tried to buy a JBL speaker but I quickly realized that the 2 that were shown to me were not originals, just cheap replicas.
