Piano repair service

Robin visited to assess and correct our Howard spinet piano, which was made by Baldwin in the early 20th Century. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable, with an evident passion for his work.Before undertaking the tuning he advised us precisely what would need doing, which in our case was a bit more than just a quick turn of the tuning wrench. We had noted to him that it was impossible to play many of the keys pianissimo and he was able to demonstrate that this was a solvable problem, requiring adjustment of the let-off" distance of each key.In just about two hours he successfully raised the pitch and it now sounds wonderful! We look forward to welcoming him back in the New Year to perform subsequent fine tuning (following this tuning having settled) and mechanical regulation.With our instrument having gone nearly twenty years without tuning or being played

My father's grand piano moved to its new home today. In exchange, we now have an upright. I have seen this piano do many moves, but I think this company provided the most professional service. No hassle or fuss. No wonder they are Steinway agents.Highly recommended.

John and his helper moved a beautiful, old German concert piano down some pretty tricky stairs into my flat. The service couldn't have been better, the craic was second to none and the whole thing was done quickly and efficiently - guaranteed me a customer for life!

I cant recommend Declan highly enough. He always goes the extra mile for his students and is able to work around busy school and work life schedules. Wow what can I say.... Professional and friendly from first meeting, collection and delivery. The variety of fabrics available gave us time to choose. Got 3 samples. I Painted the suite with Laura Ashley Eggshell White and then it was upholstered by 1st Class Upholstery. What a job they have ALL done an absolute fantastic job. Cut, sewing, replacing everything, studs, folds and bottoming. We are over the moon with my dining Chairs, armchairs and couch. Thank you Lynda and ALL the team.
