Ceramics Classes London - Barnes
I wanted a taster course in throwing to see if it was like riding a bicycle; I threw pots over 60 years ago.The 4 weekly beginner classes were ideal and reasonable - free clay, a biscuit and then glaze firing.Jago Poynter, the teacher, imparts the basic skills with lots of positive feedback. And it's not like riding a bicycle but more like returning to a foreign language you haven't used for a long time

The Pottery Experience
Went here with my boyfriend for a cute date and it was so fun. The staff explained how to use everything and then left us to it (in a good way!), it was a really nice atmosphere and reasonable prices, can’t wait to get my finished product!

Moss studio and store
What a wonderful way to spend a couple of hours! Oli is such a lovely host. He was very accommodating as we had a tiny baby join the party too, and a patient teacher. We had great chat too, he truy makes it what it is. The pottery making itself is very fun and I was so surprised what you can make in that space of time!! Can't wait to collect our pieces in a few weeks. Highly recommend!

Peacock Pottery Barn
We had such a great experience here today. We did the pottery wheel experience with Andy who was so patient and professional the whole time. The whole experience from booking online to completing the experience was absolutely superb. A great day out. You won’t be disappointed.

The Honiton Pottery Workshop
Just been today for a taster on the potters wheel as a surprise for my girlfriends birthday. We had a wonderful time. There were 2 of us next to each other with a wheel each and had great tuition where we made what resembled an bowl and a vase/jug thing each (it’s not as easy as it looks)Felt very safe with good Covid precautions but still top quality guidance at a distance. Our items will be fired over the next couple of weeks and are very much looking forward to returning to paint them.Would highly recommend.Thank you

Ceramics Sculpture Studio
This is my favourite place in West Hampstead. I started doing a six week beginners throwing course which I loved so much I did it twice! I have been doing the 9 week practice course ever since. Cosmin is an amazing ceramics teacher who is exceptionally knowledgeable and patient. If you have been thinking about taking up pottery I cannot recommend the studio enough!
