We moved into our flat in West London in June, and David from Kerr and Co. made a traditionally stressful process feel easy. He was quick in responding to all of our queries both before and after the move in date and definitely feels like he works with you to make moving and settling into a property as seamless as possible. I would definitely book through Kerr and Co. again as a result!

I have found all the staff a Hern and Crabtree Estate Agents- Heath to be extremely helpful and professional. Their proactive approach to dealing with things from placing the property for sale on the market to liaising with both the purchaser and the solicitors during the contract period enabled the sale to proceed smoothly. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Our experience was fantastic. The team were swift to respond and very friendly and professional. Our surveyor allowed us to attend the survey (I would highly recommend this) and helped with lots of comments and suggestions which do not come up in the more official survey document. A great company to work with.

The whole team were always respectful of the fact that I was conducting this transaction from another country. I was also impressed that Chris spoke to my neighbour / key holder, keeping him up to date with visits to my property. The presentation of the property was excellent. I had contacted other agents and I was shocked by the poor quality of the written English used in their communication. Moore & Partners have been highly professional in every aspect of the transaction. I would recommend their services without any hesitation.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with Douglas & Gordon and I would not recommend them to anyone.We were trying to sell our house with them last year and once our property launched on the market the communication with D&G became scattered. We received calls from various D&G offices with viewing requests late at night and little to no introduction. The communication and organisation of viewings overall was not organised.After one day of viewings we returned home some hours later to find the front door unlocked (there is a triple security lock) and the back door completely unlocked. There were lights on and the blinds were not drawn. You could see straight into our house which was lit up like a Christmas tree.A few weeks later we noticed a number of expensive and sentimental items missing from our home. I could date when they went missing as it included gifts for my 40th birthday. The only people in our house or had keys other than us had been D&G. Due to the nature of the items that were taken, someone must have looked through our things. They were not left out to be quickly swiped by some opportunist.We made a complaint and received a pathetic response from the Sales Director with barely an apology. I am not sure they even formally investigated despite me and my family (their customers) being made to feel violated in our own home and having irreplaceable items worth thousands of pounds stolen when we had trusted them.I am still incredibly upset and angry about what happened and their response. Avoid like the plague!Edited 9 months later to say D&G never did adequately follow up on this, or apologise. I believe our belongings were stolen by one of their team and they cannot be trusted.
