Excellent service! After been let down by another school where I felt twice at Nds I've got the training necessary to pass first time with them!They are very professional and they care about you, they train you properly they don't just take your money like many others .I've done my cat C retest with Nds and in 6 hours I've learnt more than in 4 days at the other school. Completed the 1 day emergency first aid at work training with Simon.The course was targeted to those present. The course covered the same aspects as other courses but crucially gave real-life examples and scenarios of when to act and when not to. Simon was very clearly experienced and knowledgeable. I highly reccomend Heys First Aid training courses.

Avoid!! At all cost staff didn't make me feel at ease infact rude u might aswell put your money on a park bench and walk off there are better schools out there

We contacted Paul 5 years ago to advise us on fire extinguishers. He visited our site, put together a plan and installed the equipment we required. He was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.Paul services our extinguishers and also undertakes the PAT testing for us annually. I would recommend Aqua Fire to anyone.

Super Happy with the quick response via email from a lady called Georgia at akfire, she was very helpful regarding my enquiry. Having opened a new business, i needed fire extinguishers installed immediately. I was advised which ones and how many i needed. The fire extinguishers were supplied and installed by a very friendly gent called Darren, who kindly advised when i needed to service them too. I Would highly recommend akfire and their lovely team to all family and friends.

Fantastic service from Kayleigh McClean to book the test and fit my partner in, she was very detailed and communication was great. After the initial assessment we were told my partner wouldn't need many lesson saving us a fortune when most other driving schools will make you pay upfront for a block of lessons. This saved us so much money on his B+E test and he passed first time. All the staff are very professional and friendly. I will certainly be coming back to do mine in the spring! Professional company. The instructor is an on duty first responder. This is an actual operational company. Can only recommend, especially if you are looking to work in first aid.

This was an enormously important and informative course - and good fun too. Many of us had prior basic FA training but were really out of date and had forgotten much of our early knowledge.For us as Link drivers it was spot on and Mike had judged and read his audience perfectly - the pace was just right and it combined excellent teaching practices with humour and enjoyment.The issue of the books could be enhanced by the addition of an aide memoire listing the key points - using the mnemonics, perhaps - for action when needed, especially if the lessons and skills are not put into practice (which is hopefully the case).
