Fire, Salt & Sea
We booked an hour private session for a birthday treat. Very friendly and clean. It was raining and the sea was quite rough but we managed a couple of dips. Plenty of room for 6. Good fun and we will return, hopefully on a sunny day next time.Thank you.

Absolutely sensational, what a brilliant idea executed to such a high standard, I cannot recommend this enough.Honestly, there’s nothing to fault, the price is more than reasonable, the sauna is beautiful and clean, the view from inside is idyllic and serene no matter the weather, at high tide the sea is so close for a few plunges and you’re left feeling warm, calm, happy and completely transfixed on the beach, I never wanted to leave.This is exactly what the Gower didn’t know it was missing.

Absolutely incredible! We went at 10am Sunday morning for high tide. Gorgeous views, amazing sauna and we went in the sea three times!! Highly recommend even if you aren’t a cold water swimmer.

We did the sauna at Harlyn. Really lovely experience, very clean and well managed, excellent value. Will definitely come again. Beautiful view and a good jog to to sea to cool off (go at high tide for less of a run)

Perfect start to day. It was so relaxing, both sitting in the sauna and transitioning into the lake. The lake was a really comfortable temperature and I’m looking forward to visiting as it gets colder. The view from the sauna window is magical. Good changing facilities. Feeling lucky to have this locally.
