Public swimming pool

At this difficult time, classes are small and it can be hard to book in what you want at times. However the staff work tirelessly to deep clean before and after your class. Toilets are an issue as these are deep cleaned after each use, so few if any are open. But again if you ask politely they do their best to accommodate you. I am just grateful to be able to fain access to the Live Better Aqua again.

Pool was fine. Pleasant temperature, not too busy and enough lane space. Changing rooms another story. Chewing gum stuck all over cubicles. Floors filthy. Clogs of hair in drains and not cleaned away. Smears on cubicle doors that look very unsanitary. Made me feel disgusting getting changed after swim. Needs a revamp and for staff to care about cleanliness.

Lots of activities to choose from, girls went to the 7-9pm General swim and thoroughly enjoyed.

I don't know about the sport facilities but the café staff are pretty terrible.Let's start with the positive: coffee costs GBP2.7 for a small americano. It is of a reasonable standard, though.Staff fairly incompetent. Asked for a small americano with a splash of milk. Was immediately charged for a large and then asked if I'd like milk.Menu offers a wide array of snacks but when I requested a sausage roll was abruptly told that they can only offer me porridge. Ridiculous.EDIT: another customer was served a bacon sandwich after I was offered porridge. But she then returned it, describing it to me as 'inedible'.

Can't wait for the season to start and delighted to have family season tickets again this year. We are all looking forward to spending the summer picnicking and swimming in the sun and idyllic setting of Eversholt recreation grounds.

I went for a swim recently. The pool was nicely heated and not busy for lane swimming. The lifeguard Nathan was very helpful and friendly. They have a hot tub and smaller pool too. Also a gym and coffee area. The showers and changing rooms were clean. They offer hair dryers too. I plan on going back for an Aqua gym class.

Pool is quite small (15m) and shallow. Water is warm and I imagine it would be fantastic for kids but not the great for the occasional swimmer wanting to do lengths.

Nice gymn, good selection of machines. Try to avoid busy times.

Pros - offers adult lessons, staff are nice enough, prices are reasonableCons - the changing rooms are disgusting in a way that has nothing to do with the age of the building. The walls are stained, there are tons of drain flies, the floors are filthy, the shower drains back up leaving a pool of dirty water at your feet when you shower and there has been blood on the walls on two occasions. The hygiene is really unacceptable and this really needs to be addressed.

My kids do swimming lessons here and while I wait I notice how dirty everything around the pools is. We Pay nearly £100 a month for half hour swimming lessons a week and I feel like they should pay someone to jet wash the floors at least a couple of times a year.. we have been coming here for years and it’s never been clean.. I left the gym for this same reason. The kids love their swimming lessons or I would’ve taken them out too. Two stars because some of the teachers are quite good. Sort it out aquadrome. Very unhygienic
