Recently had a new back door fitted including re-use of my old cat flap - sales through to fitting all did a great job, friendly team and prompt replies. The back door looks great and does a great job of keeping the heat in.Highly recommended!

Poor communication throughout. They wrongly assumed party wall could be used and was almost built upon. Project was not managed and relied on us chasing and directing them. Got the impression they lost interest half way through the project and certainly no pride in their work towards the end. We were led to believe some items (eg skirting and step) were included as they were discussed and measured during survey. Then told they weren't included and we'd have to pay extra. Plastering at base of wall so poor that we have no choice but to add skirting ourselves. Finished project was not checked at the end and left very untidy (dirt, dust, cement and plaster left on new frames). 5 stars for chasing interim payments other than one occassion when they called at 8am for £3k as a crew was en route (but we hadn't been asked for payment/sent invoice before then). This is a short review but I could write a book on the shortcomings. Overall, construction seems solid (so far so good) and the crews were friendly and professional. Sour taste left in the mouth by a list of problems and I certainly wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The only word we can use for Alpha Windows is AMAZING. From the start to the end the service was exceptional, even after the door was fitted they noticed a small mistake (which we would have never seen) and immediately asked the supplier to replace it. Thank you Alpha Windows, our front door is amazing, we will use you again and would recommend you to as many people as possible. Thank you

Recommended buy a neighbour. Shopped around and found they were the best for price and availability locally. No pushy sales pitch or chasing for sales. Fitment was on time and the finished was excellent. Very happy with the purchase.

Great service from MM Plastics. Have used them a good few times and would highly recommend them. Windows, sills, back door, cladding above the garage door, cladding on the front porch and fascia’s. Mark even readjusted the front door (which had been installed by another firm a couple of years previously).Mark has great a great team of workers who are friendly. They don’t leave a mess when they finish.

In our case we had an excellent fitter and his work plays a large part in our five star assessment.This was matched by the detailed preparation work which ensured that everything was delivered inch-perfect. A minor manufacturing defect was quickly rectified.

Great job done on replaced window units use again

Extremely delighted with the very prompt service. I rang on Saturday and the came out Monday pm to fix 4 windows which locks had broken on and couldn’t open . Also one hinge had broken.Kevin came on time told me when he was coming he wore overshoes on the carpets and proceeded to fix all 4 in an hour and half . He was so polite and explained exactly what he was going to do .The price for 4 windows was reduced from £100/ window to £89 as he was doing more than 1 , I felt that was fail price for new locks .Thanks again.

Dreadful company!!Take my advice and avoid at all costsI ordered 2 doors both did not fit. They have left me with a cut down front door which was supposed to be temporary and no door at all for my conservatory which is leaking rain water everywhere! I have tried all week to contact them only to be ignored. I have just received a letter from them telling me that I have to wait for another 5 weeks!!! Horrendous customer service horrendous surveyor. The only good thing was the fitter who tried his hardest to make a temporary door for the main entrance to ensure I was safe. Safe style couldn’t care less I am now taking the legal routeUPDATE- After being ignored for a week safestyle finally contacted me early one more told me the doors were there and A fitter was available did I want it done!!!!I accepted (of course) the fitter arrived doors fitted .Overal verdict- The fitters are fantastic! Went above and beyond to try to help the situation and knew their jobs PERFECT!Safestyle no no no! Use a different company!Surveyor - kenny wheeldon - Horrendous, rude, disrespectful!!' I will be making a formal complaint.
