AVOID I wouldn’t even give one star for the experience I have received at Carlisle jaguar, after 6 weeks having the car I have had nothing but problems with the car from the car going into limp mode twice but made out it’s my fault to how I drive the car, I have had many diesel cars in the past I have never had one problem with how I drive them or I would not have bought a diesel vehicle the car is not fit for purpose, they have done nothing to help the situation just blame, the after sales manager done nothing but tell me I needed to contact my finance company (once again putting the blame somewhere else) when I told them it was not fit for purpose. If I was to change the car I am going to be left in negative equity through no fault of my own, maybe you need to ask your customers what kind of driving they actually do if you can not drive your car how you would like to, if you would like a happy experience when buying a car and after sales please don’t use Carlisle jaguar.

I received great service from Roger Young when buying a new car. Britney was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. All of the staff I dealt with were helpful and knew what was needed. I definitely recommend Roger Young.

Very professional services

me and my uncle come here all the time but today we had a very unpleasant experience with the worker as he was very rude and impolite despite the fact we have been very respectful towards them and the worker was rushing me and pushing me out to limit my time there like I was an issue to him, and get me out as soon as possible, he also gave a very sarcastic response to my reasonable questions and requests, most of the time he wouldn't even answer our questions. overall very unpleased with today and there is an attachment below of the person I spoke to.Please fix this issue.
