EXCELLENT STAFF AND FREE COFFEE AND BISCUITS.

My partner attended with an issue that we knew would take weeks/months waiting for our GP and local NHS hospital to investigate. They have been amazing and it wasn’t just about doing every test and charging us tons, they took the time to discuss everything, make a plan and follow up after.

One of the best reception departments I have ever entered.Helpful, tactful, friendly and very efficient only using their phone and computers!I was lost, frustrated and tired but they eventually got me to my destination with the minimum of information and assistance.Well done the Ladies who eventually got me to my destination / the X/Ray Suite!!

I am so grateful to Dr Steve Morgan for his wonderful technical skills, his knowledge, his kindness, clear explanations and calm reassurance that puts me completely at ease. I have severe arthritis of my lower spine for which I need repeat procedures every 6 months or so. Each time, before the facet joint injections and nerve root blocks that Dr Morgan performs for me I am in constant pain, unable to sleep without strong painkillers, unable to walk more than 50 yards, and unable to stand unaided for longer than a couple of minutes. After Steve's treatment I am pain-free, needing no painkillers to sleep and able to hike for a whole day in the hills and mountains with my husband. The service Steve provides for his patients is second to none, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.Thank you so much Dr Steve Morgan and the Bristol Spine Intervention Team for transforming my life and enabling me to regain my former fitness and joie de vivre.

This is the cheapest service locally but it took them 4 days to call me after my referral (and then in response to a phone message I left). In the call I was informed that the earliest appointment available was four weeks after my referral. Given I was paying privately I went elsewhere and obtained an appointment for the following day. I cannot comment on their clinical work, but be prepared for a difficult appointment booking process.

I had a prolapsed L5/S1 disc last year. I've been fit and active my whole lise so the instantaneous excruciating pain and immobility was frightening. The pain was severe in my back but also my left leg due to sciatica. I could barely move, sleep, sit or walk. Thankfully I was seen by Dr Morgan who recommended a nerve root block. The procedure went really smoothly. Due to the local anaesthetic I barely noticed anything happening. Steve and his team put me at ease and I realy felt like I was in safe hands. After the procedure I got off the couch and the pain relief was immediate. It was like someone had turned off the switch of agonising pain which was a wonderful feeling.Dr Morgan's expert nerve root block allowed me to get back to swimming later that same week and back to work 2 weeks later.I am eternally grateful to Steve for bing the main factor i my speedy recovery and I would highly recommend him to anyone with a similar problem.

Very kind and helpful when I came in for a walk-in X-Ray, not helpful when I needed my results.I have waited for 2 weeks for ankle results and they had not sent the details to my GP or Physio. On the phone they said results were sent on the day of the X-Ray and I would have to come to the hospital to get it or ask my GP to chase for them. GP is confused and I can barely walk. I have been waiting for so long for help. Lady on the phone wasn't the most helpful or sympathetic.
