the kids really enjoyed the water assault course

Great fun despite it hammering down for the whole experience. Our guide ( think his name was Joe?) was really friendly and made sure everyone was safe. Gave us a bit of extra guidance after we were ping ponging down the sides. One thing that wasn’t mentioned was parking; the meeting place is at the side of the canal, we asked and was told to use the community centre opposite. If you are lucky enough, they may be selling more cakes there for their scouts visit to London

Great fun with plenty of interest and rapids to negotiate. Good equipment and the inflatable kayaks were really maneuverable. Opportunities to take a plunge, rock jump, paddleboard and more. Gary was a knowledgeable and capable instructor. All transport and gear provided. Well worth it.

We shared a fantastic experience at the Zip Trek today. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.The lines were exhilarating and varied. We felt safe at all times and all the safety instructions were explained clearly.We will definitely be returning for some more fun in the trees.

2 of us inexperienced women ended up Gorge scrambling. One of us with fear of heights and the other who doesn't know how to swim. Our instructor, Brad was awesome. He walked us through what to expected. Made us take baby steps, each step of the way and overall helped us enjoy the experience and work through our fears. Would recommend anyone thinking of trying this to go ahead and book with them and enjoy the process.

A really professional outfit with great attention to safety. We did the Zip Trek, what a great time we had! Was a bit nervous but once we got going it was just great fun.

Thoroughly enjoyed it , having never done white water before I was unsure but the guys really know their stuff can't wait to go again

We had a great afternoon kayaking with Gary, our instructor. He was friendly and approachable as well as being extremely knowledgeable. He gave clear safety instructions and ensured we had the right kit. He tailored the trip to our abilities and how much of a challenge we wanted. His colleague, Sam, was equally helpful & friendly. It was a lot of fun and a fantastic introduction to kayaking, leaving us wanting to do more of it!

Terrifically exciting and safely dangerous! The team engaged with everyone from the off. Friendly, professional and enthusiastic, the whole SASOutdoors team worked to make our experience the best it could be. Our leader, Adam (Fingers) was perfect for our group of 4 50-somethings. Two of us were terrified of ending up in the water, but as Adam calmly assured us, we were inevitably going to get wet. His reassurance and straightforward manner eliminated any fears to the point that we all willingly got into the river and happily floated downstream on our backs!Each of the team leaders worked tirelesssly to ensure everyone was kept safe, whilst still enjoying an incredibly thrilling experience! Thank you Adam, we'll be back!!

What a fabulous afternoon we had canoeing on the River Wye, and such a lovely stretch of the river too,Our experienced leader Wayne was brilliant. He delivered a no nonsense safety briefing, and fully instructed us on use of equipment and ‘Does n Donts’ whilst out on the water. Despite this he had a wicked sense of humour and shared his time equally between a party of 8, instructing us and assuring us every step of the way.I believe we travelled at a leisurely pace and covered approximately 6 miles. At the end of our experience we were collected by Di (Wayne’s Mother) who drove us back to our cars. A lovely lady who couldn’t have been more helpful from the booking of our experience to departure.
