Very clean, bright and secure. Easy to park, access and to make payments. Matt at the Salisbury site was very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a self storage unit in this area then I would certainly recommend 1st Self Access.

Would highly recommend this company. All of the staff from Scott who attended our home address and gave us the initial quote to the office staff and Jason and Jordan who moved us over two days were very professional and had a ‘can do approach’. I had badly injured my back the week before the move and Jason and Jordan went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place before they finished on both days. Peter the owner visited our address during the move to make sure we were happy with everything which was a nice touch. We are due to move again during the next 12 months and will not hesitate in using Bishops Waltham Removals again.

From the moment we walked into the Storage Factory office we had a very warm greeting from Alex and received detailed information on the units etc. Both Alex and Alison have always given excellent customer service, make you feel very welcome and been very helpful. The units are great and several to choose from. Would recommend Storage Factory to anyone.

Great storage facility, had a 20ft x 8ft storage container which you could drive right up to, reasonable rates, no attempt to scam you with insurance costs like some big storage companies I could mention! Access via mobile phone 7 days a week with long hours and the whole thing seemed very secure. Would definitely use again!
