We have used Octopus Movers several times to transport bikes for our charity. Paul is so helpful and is spot on with communication. The price is always very reasonable. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

He picked up a mobility scooter from Netherly to where I live in Seacombe he paid for it brought it to me then when I had the scooter I settled the bill for the cost of the scooter and the transport fee u cannot get better service than that

I’d highly recommend Keith and his team. Nothing was too much trouble when he helped my mum move house and he completely took away all the stress of moving. He also gave my mum a 20% discount because she was over 65. A great, efficient service, from a great company. Highly recommend them.

A company with heart, great customer service and a can do and accommodating attitude. I had an unusual request for a friend so was unable to give the usual level of detail, and called Saturday for a job that coming Monday. The number got me straight to a very friendly gentleman that was willing to go out of his way to do what was needed. It was refreshing to call and speak directly to someone knowledgeable, friendly and flexible, without waiting on hold for a call centre rep that would have struggled with my out of the box request and timescales. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

Booked weeks in advance for 9.30am. Was told at 9.15am that no chance of arrival before 12pm. Not helpful at such short notice, had to hire a van to move my things.Had used Carlos about three years ago, i recall he was 2 hours late then, but I naively gave him another chance. Never again!

Fast loading and helpful staff

This company moved us from Oxon to Lincolnshire. The service they provided was fantastic. Thoroughly professional and friendly throughout all stages of the removal process. Their attention to detail was second to none. They also provided me with the cheapest quote and were very flexible regarding the date of removals. 100% recommend this company.

Can’t feel more relieved to have Ruben’s help today - he only came to pick up a couch from an Olio posting and ended up clearing out all my unwanted stuff at a fraction of the cost of any other Man & Van service. If not for him, I would have had to spend another £2k or spend my entire holiday in the UK trying frantically to get rid of things.Between first contact and him completely resolving my problems, the whole process took about 90mins - despite the fact that he reminded me several times that I was free to take my time.Great service, really lucky to have found them today!
