My wife and I have recently undergone treatment with BFC, specifically under the care of Mrs Uma Gordon and Dr Serena, as well as head nurse Patricia, for reciprocal IVF.We have gone through the whole process from start to finish with this clinic and they have been extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive throughout.When I initially contacted the clinic for information regarding treatment, they rang me and dedicated half an hour at least to discussing the options available to us in detail. This was before we had even commited to anything.From the very first contact we had with the staff at BFC it was evident that they are extremely experienced and knowledgeable.Every step of the way we were provided with an abundance of information and reassured, with any queries and questions answered promptly. We were provided with online resources, email clarifications and confirmations at every step, as well as zoom and face to face appointments when certain stages were complicated in order to ensure that everybody was fully informed and on the same page. Fertility treatment can be extraordinarily complex at times and they took great care to ensure we were always happy and had any questions answered and explained.We had mobile phone and email contact directly with the staff throughout each stage of our care and were able to ask any questions directly, and receive responses in a very timely fashion (mostly immediately).Anybody who has experience with fertility treatment will know just how important this is, as timing can be critical and recieving swift replies crucial to the success of your treatment.On a more personal note, we have felt like all of the staff genuinely cared about our case and that has made this journey particularly special and fulfilling for us.We live a couple of hours away from the clinic and they were very helpful in grouping our appointments together to save on trips and time, as well as being mindful of the extra costs incurred if this was not done.Overall, we have felt extremely well treated by everyone and found our experience to be very personal, and very professional.I am currently pregnant now with our first child and have enjoyed very good results with each stage of our treatments. These included egg retrieval, blastocyst implantation, as well as all of the medication we both needed.Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the care we have received and would HIGHLY recommend Bristol Fertility Clinic to anybody looking for fertility care.

The hypnobirthing course delivered by Alison was fantastic. We went to a taster session first which was useful before committing to the whole course. Alison was really flexible with dates and times and was also a fabulous coach, explaining all aspects of birth in a way which really made sense to us. The relaxation techniques are useful not just for but for every day life (especially with a fussy newborn). The course is also not just focussed on a drug free labour, but on empowering mothers and birth partners to make decisions on what is the right birth on the day. I would definitely recommend taking hypnobirthing classes to anyone wanting to approach their birth calm, confident and in control.

I don't know the name of the nurse that saw me but she was fantastic (blond British lady) ! Had my implant taken out here, have had it taken out twice before elsewhere and had horrible experiences - in one case I had a doctor removing it and after an hour she couldn't get it out so I had to leave with it still inside and come back when the wound had healed. Each time I have also had a huge bruise. I was expecting the same this time but the nurse was done in less than 5 minutes and no bruise! Wish I'd had my others fitted and removed by her. Thank you!

Staff were so helpful! I had quite a complicated procedure that needed to be done today and the team were really really good at communicating and reducing my anxiety. They were honest too so i was always aware what was happening and constantly asked me if I wanted to pause etc. Fantastic team. Thank you

Staff are lovely and friendly the place is spotless and got to say it smells amazing when you walk in. You get seen to more or less straight away and you always get seen. Unlike my doctors. I would highly recommend anybody to go here. Thanks guys for all your hard work l really appreciate you all .

Susan was great, she explained the process of the lymphatic drainage massage to me which worked way better than I was expecting. I was thrilled that my post op problems had almost all disappeared by the time I’d driven home after my massage. Thank you so much, I’ll definitely be back!

Never go there , never get any treatment from there, they do very very very Wrong treatment, you can get death after get treatment from there, and after that they will say we dont know anything, who are you, i suggest everyone never go in this clinic if you want your life safe. first they will messed up your treatment then they say now go to Your Gp, this clinic should be Banned in UK, even in all countries. gov should take action against them

Worst experience I had so far.. they have long waiting time when you phone call centre.During nurse consultation they have asked me to come for blood test at st.albans branch next Tuesday and didn't given me fix time.its clinic far for us and we planned our day specially for that and when we went there no staff from create fertility was there and they were using medical rooms of GP surgery and on that day no one was there..what a waste of our day!!!I did called them the day before confirm they I can go there for blood test and on the next day we are getting this....

We chose ABC IVF as our clinic was charging x3 the price.Leeds was our closest clinic within the ABC family, although it was a 740 mile round trip, it still worked out much cheaper than our closest clinic.We were made aware of all the potential costs before treatment began so there weren't any surprises. Unlike other clinics we have used.I was a bit worried that with the price drop the level of care would also be less but this wasn't the case.I felt that I was treated as an individual through out and given informed choices about my treatment.We were very lucky to fall pregnant with our daughter and had a successful pregnancy.We have finished our IVF journey now but if we weren't we would return to ABC IVF Leeds.
