Waste of time and money i called 2 times to tell them we are going for one of the cars they had for sale I even called them 1 hour Prior arrival to let them know that we are on the road heading to them. We arrived there and they had other people looking at other cars , we were already next to the car we wanted to buy when they came 5 minutes later to us to tell us that they just sold it . What a rubbish customer serviceCost us 3 hours waste of journey and petrol cost .Rubbish company !!! Unethical people!!!

Although I wasn't there to use their full services they couldn't have been more helpful for a stranded cyclist who need some help. I had a flat and needed some pliers to get the cover off the valve which they kindly helped me out with. I went off to change the tube and then found my pump wasn't working. Fortunately these guys could help me again and pumped the tyre up for me. They couldn't have been more helpful - I'd still be walking home if it wasn't for their amazing kindness. I will be looking them up if I ever need autospares for sure in the future.

A very professional company.I arrived on a camp site on Saturday all was good, on the Sunday I discovered the water pump on my mobile home was not working, having completed all my usual checks I was stuck. Contact Jones Caravan via email not expecting anything further until the Monday, most sprised when I got a reply within the hour. It was arranged that I visit the workshop on the Tuesday which I duly did. From the moment I arrived until I left I felt my business was appreciated. The service technician did a thorough check and identified that the water pump was defective, quickly arranged a replacement and fitted testex and completed the works.Both technicians certainly knew the jobs and completed this task to a very high standard.Everyone was super friendly and courteous.Would highly recommend this company if you are in the area and need helpThank you to all the team at Jones Caravan
