I’ve traveled to many BJJ schools, and this was among the best experiences. Lee and the community are welcoming and supportive, and the training is world class. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Recently started my journey with Lee and the gang and couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome. Lee breaks down techniques that gives even the complete novice like myself the confidence to keep coming back! Couldn’t rate highly enough!

Both of my children have been coming here for a canny few years now. They absolutely love it! Both have made lots of new friends on the way, learnt some invaluable lessons of self defence as well as develop a strong mind and body and are still continuing to learn each session.I have no doubt that training here week in week out for the past 5 yrs has had a massive impact on strengthening their confidence and self-esteem. Each of the coaches are outstanding in their own right. Extremely knowledgeable in what they do and of course they are kind, caring and loving people who do an amazing job at making all the children feel welcome and part of a team.

It is a fantastic place for children of all ages. Kids learns here defense and discipline at the same time. My daughter and my son are very satisfied ... although they are sometimes very tired, they are always eager to practice in the black spider.""

Great gym experience. I was on travel for work and was able to catch a fundamentals class, Lee is a really good instructor that goes through all the minor details. The atmosphere and culture felt just like my home gym. Highly recommend for anyone in the area looking to try Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Jay is a great instructor, he really pays attention to detail, provides a great learning environment for his students and the fact he's trained for over a decade is definitely beneficial because he has the knowledge to help his student succeed. Would definitely recommend the club.

Great place to train offering a range of martial arts under one roof. Club has a family atmosphere and promotes respect and safety. Coaches are very knowledgeable and friendly. They focus on you as an individual to ensure you are making progress and always improving.

Jay is an excellent coach with a deep passion for BJJ, he is an amazing competitor, coach and even better person.If you are in Watford do yourself a favour and have a session with him!!!
