Sauna

Paying £75 a month for thisOpening hours aren't brilliant. Should be open everyday till 10pm at least.As others mentioned hygiene is non existent and a lot needs fixed.

Lovely staff, the pool area and steam room and sauna were nice and the bar and restaurant were great!! Bar serves Starbucks coffee. My massage wasn't great however - no music, bright lights and so hard it left me with bruises (despite me asking for it to be softer). As with most spas, there was competition for the loungers but they have a 'no towels' policy which makes things a bit easier.

Thanks for responding to my star review. My one star was based on my experience as a customer and not as a fake review as you would like to believe. Unfortunately the service I received was terrible and I do not give out bad reviews lightly, and wouldn't waste my time putting up fake reviews in first place. It is actually rude to accuse someone of posting fake reviews without any basis as you have done to me. I sadly I have to agree with a previous review that you are in fact cowboys. You have even got your staff to post reviews on here to get your stars up. Apart from that being against Google review policy it is deliberatly misleading potential customers. That alone raises serious questions about your companies integrity. My advice to anyone reading this is steer clear, there are better places out there that will treat their customers as people and not £ signs.

Absolutely love this experience ... went with a friend and had an amazing time, I’m a keen sea swimmer and the combo of sauna on the beach with sea swim is unbeatable.

Really disappointed and disgusted. Picture this in your mind …. you’re swimming peacefully, suddenly one of the life guard goes on break, after few minutes she gets back with three blue mop bucket, fill them up with the water DIRECTLY from the swimming pool. The add something looks like washing liquid and start cleaning somewhere near sauna, entry of the swimming area. I don’t know how many breaches of infection prevention control this could represent. I’m not going to mention the small fecal matter found in the male changing room … first and last time.

Terminal decline. A certain demographic of members get really cheap rates compared to everyone else since management changed. They're the ones parking in disabled bays and sneering at every other member.Look at the other reviews. It's clear the philosophy now is to hoodwink until signed up then laugh in your face if you expect what you pay for.Shame, the previous managers worked under difficult conditions to maintain and replace equipment (swimming pool boiler/ all cardio machines).Rating a 3 because there are still some decent staff there and parking staff on match days were very professional even when faced with impatient aggression.

Clean and lovely gym.A good choice of facilities to use.Great staff, in particular Kerry B. Thanks to Kerry’s professionalism and kindness I happily referred two of my family members who also came back to me and said the same thing about Kerry. They have both since joined the gym.:)
