Brilliant principle. I ordered a package for both of my children. Lovely selection, only sent some back as decided not a good colour or surplus to requirements. But very simple to select and pay from the package, was exciting unwrapping it! I made a note to try and obtain cloth bum suitable trousers for my youngest, they gave a good try! Will try and order again and return good stuff that I have.

I was looking for somewhere to take or them to pick up around 13-16 black bags of clothes & coats (maybe more) but after reading the reviews i won't be coming here! Everyone cant be wrong about the counter staffs attitude an how they are treated can they! Fair enough if it was just 1 but there is quite a few all saying the same thing..... Also you are getting a black bag of clothes for 4 quid lol ya know 1 item in the bag would cost more than that retail would it not... And i can guarantee you will make more than that when you resell just a couole of the clothing items! Ya know when clothes are washed an are just left hung in the wardrobe they get that musty smell to them that doesn't mean they are dirty if you are going to be making decent money on them for the little £4 a bag you paid I'm sure you could re wash them if you's are so concerned! It should be so much money per kilogram IMO! Thanks but no thanks have a nice day...

I just heard about bad review for this company today. I know girls working there and they very kind , hard and working girls.I dropped off more than 10 times bags with my wife clothes and never had any problems.We know that they not accept socks:) and is normal ok with us.This last bad review look like a other company advert to have more customers... this trick is very awfull and rude... to blackmail good company ...

I have gone here a few times with bags full of clothes etc. and every time, they are always helpful and appreciative. One persons rubbish is another persons treasure and I truly believe that. Thank you for the good you do.

Rude, ignorant and dismissive staff member, shouldn’t have someone like that, working in a charity.

This is simpjy a treasure trove. Full of surprises. I always find something to buy. And such a great cause.
