Efficient, friendly and competent.Set and managed expectations to a tee, and had the attached dining table and benches put together for us which was a bespoke request.Matt was great throughout the entire process and I look forward to giving these guys further business in the future.

Order was initially delayed due to being delivered incorrectly to the billing address.Upon opening the package, one of two drawer units was damaged, and clearly packed in that condition as packaging was undamaged.Rude customer service cited the requirement to report damages within 3 days of receiving the package, implied it was damaged by me, and wouldn't honour any refund or replacement.Will not be using again.

What a brilliant company. Went in this morning, really helpful staff, bought what I needed and it was delivered by 3:30 this afternoon AND the delivery driver helped me to erect it - no, actually he erected it for me. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Easy ordering and a good price is only part of the requirements. I placed an order for some shelving on 4th August and communications and information about delivery had to be prompted and when they did respond they were wrong causing me to take the day off work to receive a delivery that never came. I chased up by phone and was told that there was noone in the department to take my call and they would leave a message and someone would get back to me - they didn't. I have chased again but their communication and delivery information needs much improvement as my reliability is influenced by my suppliers reliability. Reliable delivery information and communications must be essential. I would not have ordered with them if I had known that this couldn't have been depended on. But if they can sort this, their prices certainly seem competitive.

The service, from the beginning, is excellent. With very few backs and forths you get design that's custom made to you and to your space, and the ON&ON team supports you along the way. We also opted to have them install our shelves and that went incredibly smooth. We are extremely happy with our purchase, this is what it feels like to purchase something you know you will want to keep for the rest of your life.

The quality of all the handles I received from Yester Home were exceptional. I bought all the handles as replacements for other ones I had already bought online that were more expensive but which severely lacked in quality and I duly sent back.Delivery was quick and the packaging alone shows that all those at Yester Home care about their products reaching you in the same manner they leave the warehouse which is in perfect condition.I will continue to shop here for many years to come hopefully.
