Shisha bar

All staff are lovely and friendly, especially Rhiannen.

Poor service and average shisha. We went mid week and waited an extremely long waiting time for milkshakes and shisha, when things finally came items were still missing, twice. The place is run very poorly but done up very well.

Outstanding customer service , fast service. I was honestly amazed by how much people working there care and notice the details.

Good shisha, good food, good service and a nice pleasant atmosphere

It looked like a lovely place but very quiet. I went there to have fun but before I sat down, they were asking about £65 for suya and drinks. They didn't have a great customer service as they had a minimum spend thereby chasing people away before they even get to enjoy and feel the vibes of the place.

The best service I have received out of all the lounges I’ve been to. Totally recommend to anyone to come here. Flavour on point no issues. Owner Bazz made sure everything was okay and gave us a cake on the house as it was our first time coming to this place.

We booked a table here after racing which wasn't very welcoming (we were advised there was a minimum spend of £20 per head excl. drink because we were a large booking - 14 - the restaurant was empty for a good hour after we arrived). The food was nice, very strong flavours but so many dishes were missed that half the table was finished as others started their meals. I wasn't impressed by the head waiter advising us forgotten ones that 'the chef is making your food especially for you'... we ordered the food, it's their job to provide it, not make us feel that we were putting them out by making it especially for us!! And £12 for a glass of prosecco?? Overall, not really impressed

Always looks after us, genuinely asks for feedback everytime to improve his service. Highly recommended

I just LOVE this place! I've been with just one friend, then took my family and they loved it then this weekend arranged for a group of 16 of us to go. Everyone loved the food, the cocktails, the service! No complaints, nobody had anything negative to say, the whole group was super happy! Our guy was Adam so shout out to him for being really friendly and patient and efficient. Even the bill was easily paid. Defo coming here again and again!!!! I've never been disappointed, food is great, portions are generous and it doesn't cost the earth!
