Used National Tyres loads of times and always get decent service with cheery staff unlike a certain other large tyre place in Worthing where staff always seem miserable and you feel like you are a nuisance. Stopped using that one many years ago. Decent service again today and will always come back to National Tyres in Worthing.

Great service. When a Ford garage couldn’t find a puncture, I took my car to National Tyres in Newton le Willows. The mechanic persevered and found the very small puncture.I highly recommend this branch.Many thanks.I go here for honest, helpful advice.Recently had an MOT and staff were very helpful.

Had tyres and tracking done here. After I picked up the car I asked if the tracking was ok they said was a little out. Got home checked the tie rod lock nuts and they were filthy, I suspected tracking wasn't done. Took car for free alignment check at Kwik Fit, they confirmed it was way off. Took car back to National Tyres with evidence that they didn't do the work. They then performed alignment, took their time, came across as very unprofessional. I suspected they did it wrong so went back to Kwik Fit for a free alignment check, they confirmed alignment was off again, all they did was swap the alignment issues from one side to the other. Got my alignment done at Kwik Fit and issues have been sorted. Avoid this place, time wasters and cowboys.

Avoid!!!! (Can't give zero stars unfortunately)Had my elderly mums car for almost FOUR WEEKS now....for a simple clutch change. Heard a number of excuses from 'wrong part came in', to 'the mechanic got called away' and 'its not a five minute job'. I could have cut the grass at Wembley blade by blade in less time. Advising my mum could take the car somewhere else, knowing it's undriveable with a broken clutch is ridiculous. Was promised it back this week by Wednesday (meant to be dropping it back to get) and lo and behold!,still no car.... Shocking service.

I took my car into these people for an MOT. I’m afraid I can’t get excited about car stuff but I have to say these people were exceptional. They moved their schedule around to fit me in quicker. Unbelievable service. Thank you

I called in to see why my tyre alarm had gone off and one of their technicians 'checked' my tyres and told me I had 5 punctures in my nearside rear wheel and would need a new tyre. I had already told them I carried a spare and I asked if they could change that over and I could get the 'damaged' tyre replaced later as I needed to be at work.The technician then took my car down and told me they couldn't do it because they were too busy - when there were no other cars when I arrived and the customer after me, who needed 4 new tyres (and was booked in for lunchtime) was told to just pop out for a coffee and they could do it straightaway!Funnily enough, I took my car to my local garage later and there was no damage at all to the tyre.I am an older customer and I feel they were trying to rip me off.
