All three members of staff for NE WasteAway that I had contact with through the process were lovely men who were both professional and warm. They were upfront about how the service would operate and the cost based upon the volume of stuff we needed removing right from the initial inquiry. They were able to arrange a next-day appointment when I called the following day to sort out the pickup. I was texted when the lifters were on their way, and they arrived on time. The lads who disposed of our stuff were both nice guys who got straight on with it. When they were done they made sure to reiterate the terms and confirm we were okay with the price. We would like to thank these workers for their great service as this has been a difficult time for us, and they eased a lot of trouble and worry.

I'll be honest, I was a bit apprehensive after reading previous reviews, but I'm glad I give them a try. From the office staff to the delivery drivers, the level of service I received was first class. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a mix up with the skip (my fault, not theirs). I needed a bigger skip than the one that was ordered and they had it out within an hour. Also when I phoned them to uplift the skip, it was collected on the same day. Highly recommend ☺️
