Soul food restaurant

Good food. Decent cocktails and a sultry, dim-lit bar/restaurant ambience. We arrived around six, and it was reasonable quiet. The place was full within an hour. I'd definitely recommend.

I heard this place went out of business but I’m so happy to hear it didn’t! I had an old buddy Momma’s a little while ago, and he absolutely loved it. Now he’s a guy from Mississippi where soul food is the best and taken very seriously. But my friend said that this was some of the best soul food he’s ever had, including what he gets in the south. This is a must visit for everyone!

I recommend to book/reserve a table ahead so you don't have to gamble.Today, it opens 12nn and we arrived there 12:43pm with a thought that it will not be busy because it was just open less than hour ago.. and we're wrong. Its already busy and almost full. Luckily they managed to get a table for us.Food is tasty. If you wanna have a break from your diet. Eat here.Servers are friendly and approachable.

Heard some good things about this place so thought we would check it out.Ordered the 6oz smokey burger combo and 2 different flavour wings .The guys were ready friendly and you can tell they've got a passion for quality.The food did not disappoint. Burger was cooked to perfection and had enough flavour .chips n wings were also on point and super fresh.Good size portions and prices were reasonable too.The other guys in there were also from out of the area so people have travelled a distance which is a testomany to the food.You won't go wrong and we'll be back for sure

This place is lovely! The food and service are fantastic but you must book in advance, The cocktails are really good too.The building is stunning and always a good temperature (visited in summer and winter)Thank you for a wonderful lunch for our friends 60th birthday, can't wait to return

Great food, especially enjoyed the fried chicken and the mac cheese pie.Spicy gravy was great with the spiced fries too.Venue is probably OK normally, but atmosphere during the football wasn't ideal. Will definitely return on a normal day

Very good food services , it was really good friendly atmosphere .I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a friendly atmosphere with great togetherness. There is live music too was excellent

Honestly one of the best kebabs I’ve ever had. Get the OG, the bread is delicious and the filling is unreal, I was quite sad when it was over! I’m from south London but I would definitely get the tube up just for this and then get the tube back down. 12/10

First and full most the hospitality was great !!Great service from the moment I entered and left the establishment. The Decor is beautiful let's not forget to mention the outrageous flavours. I'll be coming back for another Sea food platter also recommending friends and family.Congratulations on the venture the icons team!!
