Sundae restaurant

If i could give 0 stars i would. Do not order from here. Abysmal service. Ordered a raspberry slush and they sent a strawberry one by mistake, which the person it was for is highly allergic to. When i called the restaurant to complain they called me crazy and lied to us saying it was not strawberry. They were also incredibly rude and unprofessional.

I ordered online and after well over an hour of waiting I tried contacting them by phone...nothing. I tried by Google chat, nothing. I sent text messages to the mobile number provided and tried calling that. Just rings out and no answer from any avenue I tried.Clearly someone is just ignoring us rather than being shut etc. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with....because there is none. And still no food

Had 4 milkshakes, a strawberry sundae and a box of 6 donuts. Every single thing was absolutely perfect! Will definitely be ordering again

Me and the other half decided on a nice evening walk with the dog, got drenched so ended up going past peri lilicious, other half and the dog stayed outside whilst i went in for a menu, owner wasn't having none of it, and told my missus and the dog to wait inside in the warmth, very grateful indeed.Ordered cookie dough, waffles and crepe, and all very tasty. Been twice now a d can definitely recommend.

25/10/2023- Took so long to deliver- Phone went to answerphone- we just wanted a refund, we have not eaten our order apart from a spoon from eachOkay so I accidentally ordered from here because I couldn’t remember the place i ordered from previously.My review went from 3* to 1*Ew ew ew just don’t do this to yourself. We ordered a triple chocolate cookie dough, a croffle and extra ice cream (biscoff)Biscoff ice cream:- smelt like cheese??? I gagged.- tasted even worse, and bro I actually like cheese.Croffle:- the size of a small croissant… not waffle sized.- the strawberries used were old and yk when it goes soft and stuff, yeah- wallah i had ONE CORNER and it was disgusting. Like terrible. I never waste food, even if I don’t like it. I forced myself to swallow that one bite.- btw i love croffles, waffles and croissants so it isn’t even that, I don’t understand..- ice cream already meltedCookie dough:- sent us normal cookie dough, not triple chocolate- tasted like biscuit- had random flaky stuff on it like cereal texture.. we never ordered that———————————————————————11/06/23- 3* review- Great customer service- Don’t order a waffle- The triple chocolate cookie dough is nice- Expensive compared to the average in the area- ice cream already meltedI placed my order via uber eats, where i was deciding between a croffle and a waffle. Both were available. I then placed the order for my family, and decided on a waffle. I changed my mind and called the shop. The number on uber eats was wrong, however the one on google is correct. Customer service was nice and tried to help me. He said they’re actually out of croffles, that’s understandable, however it was still listed on uber eats. Someone in a past review said they replaced items without calling. The items were delivered on time, and the delivery driver was really respectful with his greeting. Although the cookie dough was nice, it is definitely not worth it’s price, given it’s size. The waffle however, was so dry, and actually visibly looked old. I really don’t recommend the waffle. The portion size of the ice cream that comes with it is absolutely tiny too, and even if you use it sparingly, how melted it is by time it reaches you does not help at all. I tried to order extra ice cream too, but the only option was a sundae, so i had to get that. I would only recommend this place over others because it’s the only one that does triple chocolate cookie dough specifically.

This place was a recommendation from a friend, so went there the spicy dip wings was just too delicious, i got the chicken burger, the burger was good but if it was abit spicier it would have been better. Overall a good meal.

I had my first delightful experience at the new Italian gelato shop in Cambridge- Amorino, and I must say it was truly amazing! The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a wide selection of flavours, each more enticing than the last. It was a tough choice to make, but I finally settled on trying their signature rose-shaped ice cream on a chocolate-dipped cone.The presentation of the rose-shaped ice cream was stunning, and it made the whole experience feel special. As I took my first bite, I was instantly transported to gelato heaven. The texture was incredibly creamy and smooth, and the flavours were rich and authentic. I chose a combination of flavours including coffee, dark chocolate and hazelnut chocolate. They were delicious!!! In addition to ice-cream, the shop also offers other desserts like macarons, waffles, crepes etc.The shop itself is not so big but it had a cozy ambiance, perfect for enjoying a gelato treat with friends or just savouring the moment by yourself. The staff were friendly and offered helpful recommendations, making the experience even more enjoyable.I'm already looking forward to my next visit, eager to explore more of their fantastic flavour combinations. If you're in Cambridge and craving some authentic Italian gelato, this place is an absolute must-visit! Trust me; you won't be disappointed.

Doesn’t even deserve a single star! Awful customer service. The manager in charge had a bad attitude and had the audacity to question his customers as to why they were asking for things like cutlery or ice cream which had been already ordered. I have never in my life come across such horrendous service. To add, the food was appalling - rubber crepes and a warm tasteless mocktail!

Worst service ever. We came here expecting to eat delicious ice cream but instead we got serve with the worst attitude ever by the employees here. I put in the wrong order and asked for a refund but instead they ignored me. I then asked again but got no response back. I had to ask 3 times to get them refunded my money back. In the end, when I asked them if it’s all done, they again, IGNORED ME. I was left speechless. I had nothing to say but wth? How is this even acceptable? Do not come here. Worst service ever.

Nipped in as love their mango sorbet - paired with strawberry. Simple to order using the screens and served quickly. Yes a little pricey at £5.90 for a regular but what you get looks great and it’s great ice cream/sorbet.
