Hollybank surgery what a waste of time have just been ringing for the last 20 Mins for no one to answer the phone this is at 11:55pm and the time is now 12:12pm someone finally answers only to say no appointments left only 1 g.p in today and loads of people waiting at the desk what a load of bull and a joke 1 g.p in all day get more staff can never get an appointment ever and the fact she said there was people waiting at the desk for appointments yea right dnt bother with this place

The medical, administrative and resource-based rating for my review is known to the clinic. I hope that Newmedica (Gloucester and Head Office) will act on the information provided to save others with complex eye conditions from potential trauma. The stress and expense (met by the patient) of ongoing remedial treatment elsewhere to address poor outcomes could be prevented by Newmedica referring more complex patients to specialist clinics.If, however, Newmedica (Gloucester) decides to to treat another complex eye rather than refer the patient elsewhere, I hope the consultant I saw will counsel patients about the specific risks to their vision that certain premium lenses present - especially when the patient is referred for NHS treatment with a standard NHS lens and expected this - but is instead advised (inappropriately) that they need a premium lens.No patient should ever be told by a consultant (months after surgery) that he had ‘taken a risk’ with putting a particular type of premium lens in a patient’s eye - without ever having thought to advise the patient he was taking such risk(s) beforehand. Patients need to be fully informed of specific risks their eye(s) may face via a prescribed premium lens to prepare them for unexpected outcomes.. Not to do so creates significant stress and uncertainty for the patient in the event of post-op reduced visual acuity..Patients also need factual and honest reporting in their records when previous vision is a long way from being restored by cataract surgery. An investigation and appropriate scans to try to identify the problem should be standard practice.The necessary scans were not available at the Newmedica Gloucester clinic - and the standard pre-op ones were operated by an unsupervised trainee in my case.Thankfully my second cataract occurred outside the pandemic and I am able to receive treatment in an NHS eye hospital that is suitably and extensively resourced for my eye condition. I will not be trusting private eye clinics again after undeclared conflicts of interest in my referrals hindered my opportunities for appropriate eye care both pre-operatively and post-operatively.

At The one month I wainting for appointment. I call at 8 in morning and recepcionist told always that is no available appointment. Poor services. I make complain today because I have sick children and nobody wanna help. This is surgery?! Im in this surgery 2,5 years but now They forget what They must do to help People. NEVER have available appointment! If somebody have The same problem write here .

Prof Miller is very personable with a great bedside manner and this helped so much in explaining my condition, the proposed treatment and recovery program. When I suffered an unrelated post-op set-back she took time to call me personally - not something that consultants readily do. I never had the feeling of being rushed in consultations with her.Under Prof Miller's expert guidance the surgery seems to have been successful and my recovery is on track. I would not hesitate to recommend Prof Miller.

I would like to extend our sincere thanks to Dr Seiger and his team - for the kindness and consideration they always demonstrate when supporting the vulnerable adults who reside within our supported living home at Boothville. Dr Seiger went over and above to ensure one of the gentlemen who lives there was supported in the way that best met his needs - taking time to visit him in his own home to administer his vaccination successfully.

went to a GP and he started calling me a failure and started saying i need counselling when Hes sitting there saying stuff like i don't know what im doing with my life.This Surgery is absolutely pathetic dont waste ur time here they do not take you seriously and call you names infront of ur parents.They dont understand even though i went private and got diagnosed and i still got blamed and got called names which make my anxiety even worse. Pathetic!!

Communication seems very poor now.It was previously pretty good a few years ago.I could get no sense from messaging about flu or covid boosters the web site was not clear and still have not received anything in relation to this.In the end I had to just go elsewhere.I no longer have much faith in them.My son and daughter have also had major issues with them.

Such a great experience of something I was dreading, After being so unwell and struggling. I experienced first class care and after care. I cannot recommend them enough.

Incredibly efficient surgeries I have ever used. Extremely well managed with fantastic systems in place to ensure everyone that needs to see a GP gets to do so. A huge asset to the local community.

I have just finished my invisalign treatment, the service and staff here are brilliant. Always nice and friendly and here to help when I have any concerns. Very pleased with the results! would definitely recommend:)
