I found the service with Navillus excellent. Despite the added complications of having a national lock down half way through our ordering process, with the help, advice and patience given from Tamara, I was able to get my clothing order completed and delivered very promptly. I will definitely order with them again and would certainly recommend Navillus.

I have shopped with ARL a few times now, I mainly go in store however I had the item delivered this time. At first the item was out of stock but they notified me when it was back in stock and the item was dispatched the same day I purchased. Absolutley amazing staff and they are all so friendly.Great quality items and speedy delivery too! Got another order in and will keep coming back!

Can I just say how amazing all your staff and services are and I have received outstanding service from them. I came in to enquire re new piercings and to get some custom work done, Ellie was fantastic and I got my piercings done yesterday and I love them!! She was friendly, professional and made me feel at ease and super knowledge and a true expert! We had a great time with Alex hosting a cocktail party for a hen party of 16 people over a few hours. He clearly knew his stuff, all drinks we made were really nice and we played some fun games too. He was also very flexible as on the run up to the hen we had to change numbers in which he was accommodating.

I have used Palace Promotions for several years as my printer of choice.In all this time I had never had an issue, even as a newcomer to getting stuff printed, Stelios took me through the requirements without making me feel like I was asking silly questions.I have a well used roll up banner, a standard banner, leaflets and various batches of business cards printed over this time.All fantastic service at a good price, and just what I needed.However the test for really good service is when something goes wrong and how it is handled. I recently had a new sign printed, and when I got it back to my workshop I noticed there was a problem with it.Long story short, I approved artwork that had a small error in it. I also checked it when collecting it from the shop. The error was entirely my issue, you would need to know my logo well to have picked it up. When I contacted Stelios, he was more than helpful in getting a correct sign printed and to me in short order.Given this was entirely my error, he was entitled to charge me a stupidity tax (full fees) for the reprint, however the reprint was done at a discounted rate. This is truly great customer service.

Fantastic quality, great price, fast turnaround - everything you need. But what makes them stand out is the customer service: endlessly patient with my amateur graphic design skills, Lisa supported me to get the right res and even sorted my typoos! Can't recommend these guys enough!

Amazing experience from ordering online to receiving the product! Super friendly and helpful, answering all my messages really fast. The delivery took a few days only, the product was perfectly packed with a lot of care; they sent over a comic in the box with a candy! It was a really nice surprise! 100% recomended! Great shop with plenty of new and secondhand records for sale, lots of variety, I'm sure you will find a gem or two! I could spend hours in here digging, and the staff know their stuff. Well worth a visit if you are in the city centre.
