Not knowing much about binoculars, I was very happy to be given the space and time to try lots of different binoculars and find the ones that matched what I wanted.

Needed some advice when buying binoculars, had really great service from Paul. Tried several pairs from the selection he suggested after a chat, he was so knowledgeable and could not have been more helpful. Thanks for the help.

Bernie at the store was excellent. I was able to try a lot of makes & models of binoculars before making my choice. £5 parking but Bernie can exempt you from this fee if you are only visiting In-focus.

Staff have a wealth of knowledge and you are more than welcome to try out any binocular or scope you are interested in buying.

I've just used the mail order service via the Southampton shop, to buy Sony cameras. I changed my mind on receipt of the first unit and bought a different camera. Great to deal with and the refund was fast. Very helpful staff, good prices and quick delivery too. Excellent.

I have experienced the same problem. The counter staff were ARROGANT and unhelpful. They sneered at my enquiry and made me feel like I was unwelcome asking them about a product I was going to purchase.The two female staff spoke to me like I was stupid and acted like I had offended them for asking a valid question nicely.This is not the way to speak to anyone, let alone customers and I will NOT be returning to them or be telling people to visit them.Don't give these people your money!

Wanted to buy new binoculars, got some very helpful advice Matt has great knowledge and was extremely helpful. His prices are as good as you will find anywhere and will provide after sales service. Would highly recommend this retailer

Have not made a purchase from them yet but I found their customer service fantastic. I am a beginner in this area looking at exploring my interest in space and science and the information and advice they have been able to provide has been invaluable and insightful and friendly

Staff are always very helpful, polite and professional, the negative reviews are totally unnecessary and it tells you a lot to anyone if you read there profile name ding_twat I think it was, please ignore the tow ridiculous reviews. As a true family business, and extremely well respected and regarded in Looe, the products sold here are high quality which is why the negative people who are ‘trailer-trash’ probably wanted a Poundland style shop must have gotten lost.To say all that as a true local man, I would recommend this business to anyone who needs any well branded products that you will be more than happy with, just as I and my family use whenever we needed.10/10 A***Thank you for a fantastic family business, who don’t need unsubstantiated ridiculous reviews.

Exceptionally fast turn around and great repair of my old and VERY battered Carl Zeiss Jenoptem binoculars. I would thoroughly recommend!
