I tried contacting Northampton aerials but never once had a response. I left a couple of emails using the contact form on their website and also tried calling the number supplied countless times. Not sure how they go about getting work if they never respond to people?

If i could i would give this person half a star, i contacted Northampton Aerials to fix my aerial after the strong winds that we had and he said that he is really busy but will fit me in on Thursday and get it sorted and has even given me a price over the phone which i thought was great but then the Aerial man has not turned up didn't bother to call and when i tried calling it was going straight to voicemail and still i have not had a call back.

Have used Northampton aerials on 5 separate occasions both for business and privately and found them to be very good. Neat, tidy work and helpful (especially in specialist applications ie. hospitals or listed buildings)

Scaffolders broke our satellite dish. Northampton Aerials came out within a couple of days and replaced it.

Excellent service, good communication, arrived as expected in identifying clothing, got on with the job, tidied up and all works lovely as expected. Thank you so much :)

Barely any response after many texts, emails and voice messages - technically Im still waiting for a quote months later! Wouldnt recommend. Ended up using Kingsthorpe Aerials instead and they were fab and came out within days!

Total lack of communication. Had an appointment booked for this morning from a conversation which took place on 18th April at 10.08 (on the correct number) before you say anything about bogus companies. Nobody turned up! No phone call nothing ! Have contacted them twice once at 11.40 the other at 13.30, every time goes straight to answer phone. If you are that busy hire someone to take your calls or at least listen to your answering service. You have lost a potential customer with sustantial work need doing to someone else. Taken my business elsewhere shame really as I believe in helping local businesses but they obviously don't want mine or my money!

They fit aerials and satellite systems and home entertainment systems they're quite good

It is a well run professional work place everyone enjoying what they do if you need work done for films or TV series that's the place to go
