Absolutely delighted to have found Independent Tesla Specialists Ltd, we had a fault with our air suspension compressor on our 2016 Model S, they were quick to respond, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it so much quicker and at a more reasonable price than our local Tesla dealership were offering. I would highly recommend these experts and from now on will be our go-to specialist, with our special thanks to Gary for his help and expertise and the extremely friendly member of staff in the showroom!

I collected my new Model 3 from the wonderful staff here on Saturday the 20th of May 2023 and it was a great experience. They took me through everything very painlessly and there was no up-selling of anything at all unlike my experiences with other manufacturers. As with the showroom, the experience is rather bare bones, but they have everything you need and it only took 10-15 minutes including then inspecting my trade-in. The car was immaculate and sat waiting for me as we walked out. I was also able to purchase some all-weather floor mats from them there and then which was excellent.If I had to make any complaints it would be that my mother wanted a drink and they didn't have any to offer (very nitpicking really) and my car only had 34% charge at collection. I was given free supercharger miles to fill it up though which was great. It's not good for the cars to sit at a high state of charge for long periods of time anyway really so it's understandable.All in all a good experience, and the staff here should be proud of themselves for the service they offered me.

Friendly staff. Whilst charging, was able to get a drink and change kids nappies. Staff were finished for the day but waited for me to change kid's nappy upstairs- there was no nappy changing table downstairs so they let me use the toilets in the showroom. Happy and visit regularly to charge

Post car service experience left me absolutely livid! I was already frustrated that my brand new-two week old-300 mile model Y had defects to be fixed and the car was brought here to have the issues addressed. Collecting my car post service just left my jaw dropped at the lack of respect that was given to my car. As you can imagine with the car being so new, my white interior pre-service was absolutely pristine! How can one get so many dirty hand prints on nearly all the seats!!? There was a massive stain on the inner b-pillar as well but by that point, I was too upset to take anymore photos, I leave some before and after pictures, shocking service and I hope I will never have to come here again

Booked a test drive with TeslaThe booking system is impersonal and obstructive.Asked for both my wife and I to test drive 2 models to be told I would need to call back and make 3 appointments. - RediculousArrived at the post code for the test drive Vroom business park. To be baffled by the total lack of signage. No sign of Tesla and construction work going on on some industrial units. Eventually find a staff entrance to be told we were in the wrong place and made to walk right around the block . Guess who we saw when we came in the other door.. the same staff whom proceeded to blame Covid for their attitude and total lack of customer service. Very officias.The test drive was then set up to follow a local rout out and back in heavy Saturday traffic through about 30 sets of traffic lights creeping at 15 mph for 40 mins is not a test driveNot a happy experience very annoying and makes one wonder about the ownership experience likely after purchase.

Tesla Centre Northampton is a first showroom I have encountered, I never knew they existed.It’s just a normal car showroom showing the latest shiny metal, this time it’s Tesla’s, the latest model X and model Y was there to be inspected, it’s a bright airy and large showroom.The downside is the coffee machine is basic and you have to pay for it, that’s not the case with other premium car showrooms which Tesla is trying to portray, come on Tesla, treat your prospective customers better.

Very poor, unhelpful, rude, story twisting customer service. I have to paid to change my flights to accommodate Tesla delivery on 9th Dec as there is no way that I can receive the delivery within 7 days from 9th Dec. Then on late evening of 8th Dec, the delivery was cancelled due to “unforeseen circumstances” by Tesla. I tried to get the delivery after I come back to UK in 3 weeks time, but the agents on the phone and texts were very unfriendly and unhelpful. They cannot offer any help and mow my car has been “UN allocated “. God know when will be my next delivery. After all my sacrifices and efforts to accommodate Tesla delivery, at last minute, the delivery might be cancelled and I might not be able to get the delivery within 7 days from the date that Tesla demand you to receive. Bad service.

Great experience, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a look at the model 3, X & Y. Worth having a test drive, just for the experience of a Tesla.After the visit above we collected Bluey, thanks to Joe and the team they made it very easy and enjoyable, pity it was raining.

Do not buy a Tesla. I'm a petrol head, and I converted to Tesla as they make some of the best cars I've ever driven. While the car really is great, and I have spoken to some lovely individuals in Guildford service centre, dealing with Tesla service is extremely frustrating and ineffective. Tesla are systematically uninterested in dealing with issues and communicating with customers - nothing like any other car brand (non-luxury or luxury). Ryanair are known for abrasive and unapologetic service, and this experience is the same. For example there is no way of contacting the service centre directly, you have to call customer service who send a message on the service centre. These messages to Guildford service centre are routinely ignored, so nothing happens, all deadlines are missed without communication and the only recourse is to call customer services again and send another message which is ignored. You can't book the car in, can't speak to someone, can't book a courtesy car, can't have any communication at all unless it follows known issues in the tesla app (none of mine have). All the while, your car isn't functional and you have no idea how to resolve the problem. I have interacted with Tesla service more than once, and my experience is consistent (new battery pack, car was registered as the wrong model at the DVLA, and serious vibration comparable to a loose rear wheel assembly). Each time, the process of dealing with the service centre was so bad that I tried to make an official complaint, but there is no possible workflow by phone email or letter to make a complaint in the UK. Tesla make wonderful cars, I bought two new ones and had another on order. Though would love to buy another new tesla dealing with the service centre means that I will have to choose a different car brand and recommend all my friends do the same. I'd sell my current car, but it's registered at the DVLA as a lower priced model, I've been working with Tesla for 4 months on that and can't even sell it until it gets resolved. Don't buy a tesla, it's a a huge headache and the automotive engineering just isn't worth the hassle.

Worst new car collection experience ever, and that includes 3 previous Teslas. Great staff but the location is a joke. Dusty car park middle of nowhere, no running water so they can’t even wash & prep cars properly. Car exterior was filthy, thick with dust & dirt - impossible to check properly for paint defects. Evidence of dirt swirls on bonnet from attempts to clean up a bit. Significant paint hologram in door from possible poor/dirty prep. What are they thinking?If you could avoid this location, avoid, but you can’t.Terrible first experience and huge disappointment for any new Tesla owner.
