I have shopped with ARL a few times now, I mainly go in store however I had the item delivered this time. At first the item was out of stock but they notified me when it was back in stock and the item was dispatched the same day I purchased. Absolutley amazing staff and they are all so friendly.Great quality items and speedy delivery too! Got another order in and will keep coming back!

Our project was in France, and so we did the measuring and installation ourselves, but the team devised an elegant solution for us and produced a set of curtains and supports that do their job perfectly. They met every deadline. We are really happy with the end results - which look very smart.

Tim answered within less than half an hour on a Sunday, we discussed specifications of the fabric, weight etc. over the phone. By Monday he had already ordered the fabric and came to pick up the sail in Lossiemouth.Within three days we had the sail delivered back to the boat in Inverness.This was.not an easy repair and would have easily taken a week with any other sail maker.
