Don’t really like giving bad reviews ,but this guys really took me back with my booked job for today as I spoke on the phone 2 days ago and ordered a thermal imaging camera and they said it will be there for me to pick up Thursday in the morning,went there and the worker said to me that I never ordered anything from them and the camera is for repair , he said if anything I most of spoken with their boss on the phone who apparently doesn’t know what’s going on as the worker said ,stay away the don’t have communication skills in that place ,time wasters!!

Amazing customer service skills the lads who work there couldn't be more helpful definitely recommend this store! The help and advice was second to none thank you so much for a lovely buying experience!

Wanted a Power Pack as advertised on website rang to see if they where instore was told yes Arrived at the store not in stock staff didn't know what they even are. Had to show staff and explain. Come on Machine Mart know your products you advertise

I have not ever been in the store but the creepy men that work in there constantly ogling the students walking past is enough to put anyone off. As a female I would not feel comfortable entering an environment like this and me and several friends are aware of this whilst walking to sixth form in the mornings. I thought it would of stopped between lockdowns but going back to Sixth form last week has proved it’s worse than ever. Maybe Machine Mart need to offer support to these workers and maybe educate them on appropriate behaviour in today’s society. Thanks.

Awful shop refused my refund when the product hadn't been used hadn't been taken out of the box an all still sealed inside.I brought back 4 days later. Apparently credit notes only awful shop

machine mart Carlisle would say the staff in this store are not very helpful wife went here and paid £150 for a car jumpstart the 4000 model that was very heavy for her to carry four member of staff stood and watched her as she tried to open the shop door herself with this jumpstart in her arms when she got home it was not working so i took it back and i found the lads that work here very unhelpful just wish my wife had told me how they had treated her before i had taken the broken one back WONT BE GOING TO THAT PLACE EVER AGAIN AND WILL BE TELLING EVERY ONE I NOW TO GIVE IT A MISS GET YOUR STAFF SORTED MACHINE MART THERE NOT DOING YOU SHOP ANY GOOD (POOR POOR SERVICE )
