Rear bumper damaged in car park. After getting a quote and being told the bumper would need replacing, I spoke to Roland who was extremely helpful. The bumper was repaired and looked as good as new. The price was a fraction of the previous quote and under my excess meaning no claim on my insurance. I can’t speak highly enough of these guys.

Really helpful. I needed a tiny clip to repair my Fiat 500 and the gentleman searched the workshop until he found me the right one. And it works!

They did all they could and fought with the insurer to save my car from being a total loss (an old car which on paper has no value in the insurers eyes). I took my Peugeot 207 convertible to Cayman Autos today, and what a great experience it was. My problem was that the hood retracted ok, but sadly, it wouldn't come back up. I had previously taken my car to my local Peugeot dealership to have this fault rectified. Big mistake!!! I foolishly thought that they would be experts in dealing with any Peugeot fault, so I wasted my time and money with them. They hadn't a clue as to what was wrong, but somehow managed to close the hood, but detected no fault, so no repair was carried out. Needless to say, the fault recurred. In desperation I searched on line for help, and that's when I found Cayman Autos, convertible roof specialists.During the course of today, they ran a diagnostic check, established what the fault was, replaced parts that were faulty, and managed to fit in a roof service at my request. So professional yet friendly to deal with, from the young lady on the phone, to Paul who updated me as to what was happening. Obviously the mechanic was skilled, as I have a roof that both opens and now closes as well. Well done, and thank you everyone

I used to use Carmagic many years ago for car alarms & car stereos & was always impressed by the care & professionalism shown by Stephen & his staff. Nearly 20 years on and with a smart new car, I was glad to find this business is still going strong so called for a quote for a dashcam supply & install. The install was done within half a day & is very discrete. No cables visible, easy to remove if required and neither front or rear cameras are distracting to the driver. A couple of weeks ago my Mini sunroof decided to seize and not shut. I scoured the internet for a solution. I could have fitted a second hand cassette but it could have had the same issues. Then I came across 2 ads in Ebay one for the supply of a refurbed sunroof and one for a full repair service. I emailed Andy for some advice, I was so pleased with the reply which was confident that if I came to his workshop I would leave with a working sunroof for a fixed cost. Most repairers were vague at best with a cost quoting plus parts etc. So I took a day off and the day trip to Andy,s place in Nottingham was planned. I arrived to a very friendly mechanic and family and a great welcome with a nice brew. Andy was prompt for my 10am appointment just finishing another sunroof on an X5. Andy put my car into the workshop put his phone on silent and set to work. Andy painstakingley cleaned and repaired my roof saving having to take most of the interior out of my Mini, he upgraded the motor put it all back together in the time he had quoted in our original emails. I went home as promised with a working sunroof for exactly the price quoted. It was great to meet a self motivated mechanic that did what he promised, it was a great experience. I would recommend anyone needing Andy's services to give him a bell, leave hime a message as he consentrates on the job he is working on. Again thanks Andy.

I am delighted with my Audi's new roof.I found the soft top shop online and contacted the owner Paul with some questions about the installation and quality of the roof. He responded quickly and was very helpful, so I booked my car in.We travelled down from Scotland for the job to be done. Having left the car with Paul, we went to the nearby shops and for some lunch.Paul called earlier than expected to say the job was complete, we returned to find the new roof was fitted and the car left in good order.Initially, there was a small gap at the rear of the roof where it seals down on the body of the car. Paul said that the roof fabric would stretch in due course and that the gap would close up. That's exactly what happened. The roof is fully and tightly sealed and does not leak even in the heaviest rain.The garage doesn't have the thick pile carpet and fancy coffee of a brand dealership with sharp suited staff milling about. But Paul is a hardworking, genuine, talented guy who wants to do a good job for you.Highly recommended.
