Walk-in clinic

I arrived the completed a basic form. With in 5 minutes I was seen by a nurse. It was a 1.5 hour waiting time but I was seen in sooner. I sat outside the waiting room for a while and a man I assume to be security said he would come and let me know when my name was up. I appreciated this as I found it a little overwhelming to be in a room full of people for a long while. I received great advice and am almost fully healed with the antibiotics I received

Attending the Regent St clinic in leicester for prohfilo skin booster and 0.5ml lip filler. Nurse Vali did an amazing job, she made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. My lips look so natural and amazing.

Doctor was friendly and very helpful. Just under a 2 hour wait which is pretty good for a bank holiday. A lot of NHS services don’t care/ are rude but everyone here was polite and helpful including reception!

Really recommend this facility. Nurse practitioners are calm, experienced and caring. Had a very nasty accident on tube last week and was dealt with thoroughly and with compassion. Also suggested follow up actions.Even got a follow up call the next morning. That was really nice but also helpful because it provided practical advice for day to day management of pain and stuff like getting washed and dressed.Have used in the past to good effect as well.Complete contrast to dire experience at A&E in another hospital the previous evening which would have meant a five hour wait had I stayed around!

Really good fast service. Clean location. Staff really friendly and informed me of the specific requirements for my destination. I would recommend to anyone and use again myself.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. We got referred here by 111 so we drove an hour to be greeted rudely at the door at 7:45pm by a lady who said they were closing at 9 and I won’t be seen. Even after telling her I’m pregnant, have an infection and was prescribed antibiotics I am allergic to.I proceeded to wait until 8:30pm for the chance they would change their mind. The lady continued to tell the line of patients that they won’t be seen today and to call 111; which we all had done in the first place to be referred here. A nurse then came out and told us we can be seen. At 8:45pm I was called in to see a different nurse who clearly hated her job; no compassion or time for her patients. She was rude and abrupt after I told her I had an infection diagnosed by GP. She tested my urine and to get rid of me quickly; assured me I had no infection and I don’t need the antibiotics.Here I am today; being tested and in agony with an infection that she “missed” now I’m waiting to be seen by hospital professionals. I will not be returning here for anything in the future and definitely not trusting them with my child. Also. The quote on their board... “all children matter to us”. Clearly.

Affordable healthcare services! The doctor I saw was caring and generous about his time. He gave me good, necessary advices. He referred me to an A&E at a right time when I was feeling terrible with my UTI infection which I could not cope any longer. The place is welcoming but the most important thing is they diagnosed my problem which was not diagnosed elsewhere and they sent me to a right place in order to have access to a right treatment. Thank you so much.

Absolutely awful experience. First visit I was sold medication with no doctor present then on the next visit just a note on the door to say it was closed on the third visit I arrived half an hour before closing time to be told that I could not be seen due to too many people waiting. Think they need to decide which rules they are going to follow . Medication with no doctor or no medication with a doctor?? This must be illegal practice.

Really positive experience. Nurse was so helpful and friendly. I don’t like getting vaccines but felt really at ease!
